Position: Business Development Lead

Reports to: Area Business Lead / Zonal Business Lead

Role Overview:

The Business Development Lead will be responsible for driving sales, managing channel partners, and expanding the company’s market share within the assigned territory. This role requires strong business acumen, relationship-building skills, and the ability to deliver consistent results by executing sales strategies effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
• Manage distributor and dealer networks to ensure product availability and market penetration.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, retailers, and key customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the territory.
• Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities, pricing, and customer trends.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit policies
• Coordinate with marketing and product teams to execute promotional campaigns.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts, MIS reports, and market intelligence.
• Drive secondary sales and ensure proper stock management at distributor points
• Train and motivate the sales team/distributor staff to achieve performance goals.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 4–8 years of proven sales experience, preferably in FMCG/Consumer Durables/Pharma/Industrial products.
• Prior experience in managing a territory, distributors, and dealer networks.
• Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Business Development is a critical aspect of our platform business.

1. Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.

2. Calling 65-70 leads every day

3. Setting up meetings with potential clients (parents)

4. Generating Trial Classes - Pitch Parents to take PlanetSpark Trial Classes

5. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections

6. Follow and achieve the department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis (3L revenue per month)

7. “Go the extra mile” to drive sales

Skill Required - Excellent Communication Experience Required - 00-1 year (fresher also welcome) from 2018-2023

Minimum Education:- BBA,BMS,BBM,MBA(Marketing) and B.COM,B.TECH with relevant sales experience.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a top-notch Senior Business Analyst who will be responsible for understanding and analyzing business strategies, goals, and requirements. Your main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and identifying areas of improvement. To succeed in this role, you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to complete the documentation of existing systems.

What you’ll be doing:

• Understand and analyse business strategies, goals, and requirements to create effective business solutions

• Document and validate existing project requirements scattered across many files and formats

• Create from scratch workflow charts and diagrams to represent the current and future state of business processes

• Plan, coordinate, and validate business requirements with various teams.

• Suggest business trends to the Product Owner for new and existing features

• Develop detailed documentation of business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and business rules

• Participate in all Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Help guide the product vision to the future with constant research, analysis, and innovative ideas

• 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst

• Strong understanding of business strategies, goals, and requirements

• Experience documenting project requirements

• Ability to create workflow charts and diagrams from scratch.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
