Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer with 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing personalized marketing journeys, automation workflows, and multi-channel campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).

This role requires strong expertise in APIs, scripting, and data handling to build scalable, personalized customer experiences.

1. Work across the entire landscape that spans network, compute, storage, databases, applications, and business domain
2. Use the Big Data and AI-driven features of vuSmartMaps to provide solutions that will enable customers to improve the end-user experience for their applications
3. Create detailed designs, solutions and validate with internal engineering and customer teams, and establish a good network of relationships with customers and experts
4. Understand the application architecture and transaction-level workflow to identify touchpoints and metrics to be monitored and analyzed
5. Analytics and analysis of data and provide insights and recommendations
6. Constantly stay ahead in communicating with customers. Manage planning and execution of platform implementation at customer sites.
7. Work with the product team in developing new features, identifying solution gaps, etc.​
8. Interest and aptitude in learning new technologies - Big Data, no SQL databases, Elastic Search, Mongo DB, DevOps.​

1. At least 2+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure Management
2. Experience in working with large-scale IT infra, including applications, databases, and networks.​
3. Experience in working with monitoring tools, automation tools
4. Hands-on experience in Linux and scripting.
5. Knowledge/Experience in the following technologies will be an added plus:​ ​ElasticSearch, Kafka, Docker Containers, MongoDB, Big Data, SQL databases, ELK stack, REST APIs, web services, and JMX.

• Innovation– Develop and apply knowledge and skills in specific areas of expertise such as Enterprise Mobility, Cloud, Big Data, Analytics, Digital Business, and related topics across Enterprise Architecture, IT, and business domains.  Apply knowledge and creativity to employ technology to drive business success. Run innovation pilots with emerging technologies.
• Application Portfolio Management – Lead application portfolio management across global company application portfolio and identify opportunities to retire, reinvest, upgrade and migrate applications to the cloud.
• Develops others: Acts as a leader and advocate of IT Architecture, including coaching and training staff.
• Continuous Improvement – provides a continually improving set of software and systems engineering practices that minimize development friction, enhance the effectiveness of the architecture and contribute to increasing the velocity of delivering industry-leading, quality, technology solutions. Performs complex cost/benefit analysis when researching future state capabilities. Ensures enterprise solutions are scalable and adaptable according to changing business needs. Promotes a continuous delivery pipeline and rallies the organization around a common technical vision. Advises on best practices (architecture, implementation, etc.).
• Communications - demonstrate excellent interpersonal, written, presentation, leadership, collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation skills and the ability to interact with all levels of internal and external stakeholders. Highly collaborative and able to communicate the value of the enterprise architecture to the organization. Reviews existing enterprise architecture or business processes and establish metrics for improvements, as well as the support of all architectural disciplines under their direction. Strong customer service, networking, and teaming skills. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with all levels of internal and external personnel.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience working with solutions delivery teams using Agile/Scrum or similar methodologies
• Experience with enterprise systems, like eCommerce, Digital Marketing, CRM, ERP, Field Services Management, Supply Chain solutions, HR systems
• Exceptional written, verbal & presentation skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills including collaboration, facilitation, and influencing
• 5+ years of experience partnering with business managers to develop enterprise-level technical strategies and architectures to support their objectives
• 5+ years of experience in at least three of the following disciplines – Solution architecture, infrastructure architecture, application architecture, data architecture, business architecture
• 10+ years of experience in a midsize or large corporation supporting multiple lines of business with a global presence
• 12+ years of experience in architecture, design, or development of enterprise solutions

• Advanced degree in business, computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, system analysis, or related field of study
• 5+ years of experience in SAP
• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce
• 5+ years of experience in Azure
• Knowledge of TOGAF and Zachman
• Ability to develop a business case with strategic and financial justifications
• Understanding of security-related regulatory requirements, such as NIST, PCI, HIPAA compliance
• Strong leadership, analytical and technical skills, experience leading multiple, complex work streams concurrently with demonstrated expertise as a technical lead on large-scale projects
• Knowledge of business process engineering principles and processes, modeling techniques (UML, Domain-Driven Design, Domain Models, Enterprise Architecture design patterns, system integration, performance testing), operating models, financial models, cost-benefit analysis, information security, and risk management
