Job Summary:

1.    Sourcing and Recruiting Candidates: Responsible for sourcing, identifying, and recruiting candidates for job vacancies. This includes online job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals and other recruitment methods to attract and screen potential candidates.

2.    Conducting Interviews: Screening potential candidates to assess their suitability for the job which includes evaluating their skills, qualifications, experience, and other relevant factors.

3.    Coordinating with Managers: Work closely with managers to understand the requirements and to ensure clear understanding of the job vacancy.

4.    Managing the Recruitment Process: Manage end to end recruitment process effectively and efficiently. Creating Job Descriptions, Posting Job Adds, Screening Resumes, Scheduling Interviews and Placing an Offer.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable, mobile-first web applications

Skills
