Sr. Software Engineer - Full Stack

We are seeking a skilled MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, and will play a key role in building and maintaining web applications.

 Responsibilities:

• Front-end, API, and back-end development, ensuring the successful delivery of digital solutions
• Drive innovation by staying informed about emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices
• Collaborate with the Product Manager, UX/UI Designers, and Engineering Manager to define agile technical requirements, provide technical estimation, and prioritize backlogs based on business needs and technical feasibility
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning meetings to ensure alignment between technical implementation and product roadmap
• Participate in hands-on development activities, including coding, debugging, and troubleshooting, to deliver high-quality applications

Requirements

• 3+ yrs experience in Reactjs (frontend) and Nodejs (Backend) along with good experience in MongoDB.

4. Prepare training documents and provide training to internal teams on tools.

Technical Leader reporting to the CTO/CEO. Your responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to:

1. Architecting, Designing and Developing Software Programmes based on requirements provided
2. Designing and Developing with a high quality of code that is modular, scalable and re-usable at all times
3. Promote SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) to ensure all of the services are Highly-Available and Fault Tolerant at all times
4. Communicate effectively the system requirements to other software development teams
5. Involve pro-actively with client and their requirements
6. Evaluate and select appropriate software or hardware and suggest integration methods
7. Oversee assigned programs (e.g. conduct code review) and provide guidance to team members
8. Assist with solving technical problems when they arise
