Role Overview:

Location      : Navi Mumbai

Experience    : 6 to 10 years

Compensation : Upto 27 LPA (Commensurate with Experience)

Key Responsibilities: 

• Banking industry Experience, preferably in Securities Lending Domain (LAS – Loan against securities).
• Solution experience in one of more of the following Lending areas:- Business Process Automation, Credit & Portfolio Analytics, Commercial Loan Product, Loan Servicing and Risk Management.
• Familiar with multiple securities events i.e. Share sale, corporate action, Revaluation, DP & LTV Calculations etc.
• Should be able to play catalyst role between business and IT.
• Good Communication skills with ability to lead domain discussions with BFSI Stakeholders.
• Should be able to provide domain support to development and technical teams on core Securities Lending domain.
• Provide support to business teams in terms of answering questions, clarifying requirements, and resolving issues as they arise during design and development.

• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
• Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details- Attention to detail is highly required
• Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
• Experience in bulk hiring in IT (Technology hiring, Technical Trainers) and Non - IT requirements (mandatorily in to sales, backend profiles)
• Highly proactive and attention to detail attitude is MUST
• Work on targets and closures with in defined TAT

  • Candidates with excellent communication skills with understanding and learning capability (MANDATORY)

• Increasing revenues

• Increasing profitability by building strategic partnerships and making strategic business decisions.
• Responsible for prospecting, identifying, and developing business with new customers                              
• Preparing commercials for prospective clients based on the business offering in consultation with the project manager.
• Introduce the new client to the operations team and assist the operations team to work for the new client.
• Competitor analysis: Should be aware of the work being done by the competition and come up with strategies to acquire those accounts.
• Providing management with client/market feedback.
• Ability to identify client needs and decide deliverables for the same.
• Should be self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate

What you need to have:

Deep expertise and hands on experience in Core java
∙ Hands-on experience with at least 2 years in Spring, Hibernate & Restful web services.
∙ Hands-on experience with at least 3 years in GUI development using Angular/React

, HTML & JavaScript. Added advantage if worked on Angular 5 and above, NodeJS, Bootstrap, jQuery.
∙ Clear understanding of Software Development life cycle and process Oriented. Would be great if worked on Agile or Continuous Delivery (CD) based projects before.
∙ Good fundamentals in Core Programming, JDBC, Object Oriented design & Design patterns
∙ Should have exposure to Oracle SQL. Any other DB apart from Oracle is also fine, provided the fundamentals of RDBMS are clear. Good to have experience in writing Sqls, stored procedures and functions.
∙ Experience in creating & executing unit tests using test driven approach with JUnit or any other equivalent.
