Overview:
The SEO Intern will assist the Marketing Manager in daily design, web and social media tasks. The intern will
have the opportunity to develop a solid understanding of online marketing, content creation and off-site
promotion.
This is a paid internship over a Six month time period. Ideal candidates will be available 48 hours per week.
The internship may lead to a full time position for the right person.
Responsibilities:
• Learning basic SEO strategies (keyword research, link acquisition, and on -site optimization).
• Understanding Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools & Bing Webmaster Tools.
• Identifying and resolving 404 crawl errors and fixing dead links.
• Improving Meta data across older articles and services.
• Various design tasks.
• Competitive analysis for other popular brands in our sector.
Qualifications:
• Strong interest in online marketing.

The Role
You will play a key role in creating, shaping, executing, and managing event marketing strategies across our events calendar.
- Bring exceptional people and project management skills driving multiple initiatives across our events calendar.

- Establish marketing goals and key KPI's for event marketing initiatives across events
- Manage and foster media partnerships and key relationships to derive maximum media value and brand awareness across events.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute campaigns, including budgets, for events across the events calendar, including partnered events
- Work with the consumer insights team to understand consumer feedback and engagement pre and post events to customize solutions for event and consumer segments.
- Track, monitor, and analyse metrics across business units and HO level, working closely with the digital marketing team.
- Be up to date and well-versed in marketing trends across digital and offline channels, industry news, talent, and collaborators and have bankable standing relationships with industry professionals, vendors, and agencies.
- Work closely with event management and sales teams to create an event marketing plan that includes media deliverables for partners wherever needed.
- Create timely feedback reports on data and consumer engagement post events
- Manage and mentor a team of marketing executives working across events.
Professional & Educational Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in event marketing and execution, ideally with an agency or with a brand with an in-house events team
- Ability to analyse data to drive conclusions and form recommendations and solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Experience having managed a team as well as lead other internal stakeholders in managing small to large events. Work cross-functional, building trust, and fostering collaboration.

What you will do:
- Selling the company's diabetes management plans through outbound calls to a set of pre generated leads
- Managing relationship with onboarded customers and taking feedback and resolving customer queries
- Receiving in-bound calls from the customer and helping them to understand Oxyjon’s plans and offerings
- Being the second point of contact for partner doctors and hospitals and visiting them when required, to resolve their queries
- Understanding customers’ requirements from the product standpoint and developing an in depth understanding of the healthcare eco-system
Desired Candidate Profile
What you must have:- A decent understanding of the sales and customer acquisition processes
- Good social skills with ability to understand customer needs and develop relationships with people
- Past experience in successfully closing sales deals remotely is a must
- Must be open to move around in NCR and meet doctors
- Past experience of 3-5 years in similar roles either with healthcare start-ups or in a similar role in related or other industries
- Fluency in English and Hindi is a must
- Must at least be a graduate in any stream from a reputed university
- Person must be proficient in using internet and tools such as Microsoft word and Microsoft Excel
- Create games in Unity for iOS and Android.
- Write super-clean, testable, and well-documented code in C#
