Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and developers.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and emerging technologies.
• Assist in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and business opportunities.
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, seminars, and industry networking events.
• Support the sales team in lead generation, follow-ups, and client coordination.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project details, and market feedback.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, technical, and operations) to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Responsibilities :

• Technical analysis, designing, reviews, testing an implementation of SAP ECC/EWM developments, ranging from small enhancements to large projects
• Ensure compliance to existing and development of required data and reporting standards
• Ability to write and validate the technical specification and able to create test Scripts
• Cross-functional knowledge of Finance, Sales, Marketing, Logistics and their use of data. Rich experience with SAP ABAP & SAP EWM ABAP.
• Will work closely with the Business solutions group, to complete on demand work requests, as well as being assigned for large scale SAP cross functional project Projects.

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s Degree – Engineering or Computer Science
• 8+ years overall SAP experience with minimum 2 End to End Implementations and at least 2 Support Projects
• Should have worked on SAP EWM S/4 2021.
• Must be expert at testing and debugging procedures.
• Must be able to evaluate user requirements relative to current application functionality.
• Requires clear written and verbal communication in a technical context.
• Should have thorough knowledge on EWM PPF, EWM RF framework, ITS Mobile, CIF, Reports, Forms, OOPS ABAP, BAPI, Enhancements, BADI, ALE.
• Experience in ECC <-> EWM integration.
• Ability to develop new and enhance existing RF functions.
• Experience in Smartforms, Label Development and EWM enhancements.
• Able to work with Functional and Technical Teams
• Proven ability Delivering complex and time sensitive projects
• Experience working on a team operating under an Agile Scrum delivery methodology

Job Description:

This will be a hands-on position in a typical start-up environment, so we are looking for a motivated self-starter who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and experiment quickly to achieve the goals. 

What you will be doing:

• Consistently meet & exceed sales quota. 
• Educate and nurture prospects, conduct a demo with each lead, share what Testsigma does, and employ a value-based solution selling methodology to drive these leads through a high-velocity pipeline.
• Execute all phases of the pipeline, and push deals through the sales cycle towards closure.
• Build a robust pipeline to meet quota consistently.
• Lead customers through an end-to-end sales cycle in collaboration with Pre-Sales and Support teams.
• Manage the entire sales lifecycle from customer engagement, POC and contract negotiation.
• Develop executive relationships to expand revenue potential.
• Articulate Testsigma's' value proposition clearly and effectively to potential clients while understanding the competitive landscape. 
• Demonstrate a sound understanding of how the overall business solution is positioned, deployed and supported. 
• Work with all levels of GTM leadership to continuously improve processes like territory planning, lead/pipeline/opportunity management and KPIs.

Qualifications:

• 6 to 10 years of experience selling complex technology products.
• Minimum 4 years in the end-to-end sales process, including closing as an AE
• Experience in driving B2B sales growth, preferably in a technology/product environment (in SaaS industry preferred), selling to a technical audience.
• End-to-end sales experience managing complex sales cycles requiring stakeholder mapping, running technical proofs-of-concept in collaboration with a Solutions Engineer, price negotiations.
• Experience selling Enterprise level deals, selling to C-suite 
• Consistent success with sales quota attainment
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving and collaboration skills
• Experience managing the sales cycle from business champion to the C-level

Specific responsibilities commensurate with experience and include:

• Ability to react quickly and effectively to identify and resolve issues that heavily impact CI/CD system (immediate mitigation of impact, long-term resolution including strategies for risk mitigation/monitoring/alert for proactive resolution of potential future occurrences)
• Design, develop, unit test, and implement build automation scripts including environment configuration validation processes
• Automate and improve development process by evaluation and introduction of new tools and scripts, and manage their life cycle and validation
• Determine branching strategy and maintain branches for various components, products, and product lines
• Come up with solutions to open-ended problems that focus on workflow improvements for the Software department
• Address issues with well-defined requirements efficiently; come up with short-term and long-term solutions and staged deployment strategies
• Self-driven-- takes action to move tickets from start to completion with minimal oversight
• Ability to communicate with and consider perspectives of stakeholders including but not limited to: IT, software development, verification
