Role Overview

We are looking for Frontend Developers with strong experience in Angular and/or Flutter who are comfortable working in a modern AI-assisted development environment.

The ideal candidate should be skilled in rapid UI prototyping using AI tools, converting design concepts into high-quality frontend components, and ensuring that AI-generated code meets accessibility (A11y), performance, and corporate styling standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Build responsive and scalable frontend applications using Angular and/or Flutter.
• Use AI-powered tools to accelerate UI development and component generation.
• Convert Figma designs into high-fidelity UI components efficiently.
• Use tools like v0.dev, Screenshot-to-Code, or similar AI design-to-code tools to generate UI components.
• Ensure AI-generated code meets accessibility (A11y) and UI/UX standards.
• Maintain consistent corporate design systems and styling standards.
• Collaborate closely with design and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Optimize UI components for performance and responsiveness.

Must-Have Skills

• 3–5 years of frontend development experience
• Strong proficiency in Angular and/or Flutter
• Experience building responsive and scalable UI components
• Experience converting Figma designs into frontend components
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (v0.dev, Screenshot-to-Code, Cursor, Copilot, etc.)
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and modern frontend frameworks
• Experience ensuring accessibility (A11y) compliance
• Experience using Git and modern development workflows

Relevant Skills

• Angular framework and component architecture
• Flutter UI development
• Responsive UI and cross-device compatibility
• Figma design handoff and collaboration
• AI-powered design-to-code tools
• Component libraries and design systems
• API integration with backend services

Good to Have

• Experience with AI Engineering or AI-powered applications

Job description

• Participate the development process;
• Cooperate with QA team;
• Recognize opportunities to improve code efficiency;
• Perform code peer-to-peer reviews;
• Contribute to software architecture planning;
• Maintain code and documentation integrity and organization;
• Help project owner in estimating new features;
• Keep up with emerging trends and technologies;
• Accurately match UI/UX design;
• Participate in various team-buildings and non-development activities (Risks identification, Threats Modeling, etc.)
• Build reusable components.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of commercial experience;
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES5, ES6+), HTML5, CSS3;
• Good understanding of CSS Preprocessors, such as LESS and Sass;
• Experience with React/Redux is a must;
• Experience with TypeScript;
• Upper-Intermediate English;
• Strong knowledge in Node.js (Express);
• Experience working in an Agile environment (Scrum or Kanban);
• Experience with build tools, code coverage, and testing frameworks Webpack, jest etc.;
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases PostgreSQL, MongoDB;
• Strong Knowledge with Rest API;
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git;
• Experience with Redis, ElasticSearch.

Nice to have:

• Experience with CI/CD;
• Experience with serverless, FaaS and PaaS (AWS Lambda);
• Understanding of SDLC and ISMS.

• You will be the One go-to person for - everything- Revenue & Growth. Responsible for building the team, processes & programs that enable growth.
• Owns the overall revenue of the organisation. Manage P&L, Discounts & Marketing budgets efficiently.
• Completely own User Acquisition, Conversion & Retention Drive tech enabled growth for the company.
• Drive Digital & Offline marketing strategies. Completely own the performance marketing and assist in brand building.
• Work with the agency to drive SEO (website) mandates for growing the organic traffic.
• Influence online product changes on websites that drive discovery, user engagement & revenue.
• Lead corporate partnerships and programs to build brand awareness and cost effective user acquisition.

• Minimum 1-year experience is mandatory
• Proven Software Development Skills in Laravel Framework and Core PHP
• Good knowledge and experience in OOPS concepts and Core PHP
• Good Database designing skills in MySQL
• Experience in known APIs like Google, Facebook, etc.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, JQuery, JASON, AngularJS will help
• Passion for Software Development and Coding
• Good Knowledge and Experience in WordPress will help.
