🔑 Principal Thrust Areas

• Talent Acquisition for MT to M10 grades and support hiring for M09 & above
• Documentation and follow-up of the Performance Management System
• Maintenance and regular updation of associates’ personal files

📌 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Recruitment

• Share approved Job Descriptions with consultants and invite resumes
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR telephonic interviews
• Coordinate and schedule interviews; manage post-interview documentation
• Liaise with prospective candidates
• Manage contracts and billing of hiring partners

🔹 Onboarding

• Ensure completion of pre-joining formalities (medical tests, reference checks, offer letters, resignation follow-ups, etc.)
• Handle post-joining formalities (document verification, appointment letters, induction)
• Track mentor–mentee meetings and maintain related reports

🔹 Data Management

• Maintain and update associates’ personal files (hard & soft copies)
• Maintain HR documentation as per ISO norms
• Coordinate exit interviews with exiting associates

🔹 Exit Management

• Coordinate and conduct exit interviews with consultants at the job location

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer with strong Python backend development expertise and hands-on experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The role involves building scalable, cloud-native applications, APIs, and automation solutions while following modern SDLC and DevOps best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Python, including APIs, automation, and data processing.
• Design and implement cloud-native solutions on GCP, leveraging services such as Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Firestore, Compute Engine, and App Engine.
• Contribute to system design and architecture discussions, focusing on scalability and microservices.
• Follow SDLC best practices, writing clean, modular, and testable code using OOP principles and design patterns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automated testing as part of DevOps practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Certifications

• Google Cloud Associate or Professional Certification preferred.
• Other relevant cloud or software certifications are a plus.

Python

• Strong proficiency in backend development, API creation, automation, and data manipulation.

GCP

• Practical experience with GCP services, especially serverless or compute-based offerings.

System Design

• Good understanding of scalable architectures and microservices concepts.

SDLC & OOP

• Solid grasp of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and clean code practices.

DevOps

• Working knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

• Meet contractual requirements for advertising campaigns with a high degree of accuracy 
• Serve as a point of contact between advertisers and internal departments to ensure all client needs are met 
• Gather client design requirements and work with in-house designers/outside vendors to ensure all creative needs are met  
• Implement and schedule advertisement campaigns for a range of clients across a wide variety of industries and digital media platforms.
• Coordination with the fleet, printing & mounting team to ensure that the artwork is pasted as per the order guidelines
• Manage the launch of new custom units to ensure the success of campaign and revenue goals 
• Analyse ad campaign reports and provide recommendations to sales representatives/clients 
• Drive the Operations, Implementation & Client servicing unit end to end
• You will be responsible for the post-sales implementation of the car branding on the site
• Coordination with the fleet agency to ensure that the required fleet is available in the requested city.
• Implement business reviews of campaigns and address preset metrics for success
