About the Role

- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
- Post job openings across multiple job portals and social media platforms.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Communicate professionally via email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.
- Assist in employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
- Learn and use ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and AI recruitment tools.

Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
