Key Responsibilities:
- Study project drawings, BOQs, and specifications to prepare detailed cost estimates.
- Work closely with interior designers, architects, and project managers for understanding scope of work.
- Source and evaluate vendor quotations for materials, furniture, fixtures, and services.
- Prepare rate analysis for various materials and works.
- Develop preliminary budgets and detailed cost breakdowns for client proposals.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct telephonic or video consultations with clients to assess dietary needs, medical history, and lifestyle factors.
Create and deliver personalized diet plans based on individual health goals (weight loss, diabetes, cholesterol, etc.).
Track progress, address queries, and follow up regularly to ensure adherence and motivation.
Educate clients on healthy eating habits, label reading, and long-term nutrition strategies.
