JOB DESCRIPTION

 This is an individual contributor role in a high performance target-driven sales environment that emphasizes on selling unique programs designed for children in ages 6-14 years. Your role will start with contacting parents over the phone and convincing them to enrol their children to WizKlub programs.  Candidates should be willing to talk to 60-70 customers everyday over the phone - video calling pitching WizKlub programs and regular sales follow-ups to drive admissions / sales.  Candidates will be taking up revenue responsibility to drive 5-7 lakh revenue (Sales) per month. Prefer candidates who have worked on revenue targets in the earlier organizations.  Should be working 6 days a week, Mondays week-off.  Should be able to build rapport with customers (Parents) by understanding Customer profile & problems to explain the implication of ineffective learning methods and explain the benefits of WizKlub programs.

We are looking for a PHP Developer responsible for managing back-end services and the interchange of data between the server and the users. Your primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic, definition, and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front end.
