Role Description 

Role- Frontend Developer (Next JS)

CTC- Upto 12 LPA 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and debugging responsive web and mobile applications for the company. Using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, this candidate will be able to translate user and business needs into functional frontend design.

Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and testing UI for mobile and web applications.
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
• Accurately translate user and business needs into functional frontend code  

Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science.
• 2+ years' experience in frontend development. React and Next JS experience is must.
• Familiarity using Scrum/Agile development methodologies.
• Experience building object-oriented web applications in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3  

·      Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends in cloud computing.

·      Analyze market data to determine client needs and preferences in cloud solutions. 

·      Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and social media platforms.

·       Qualify leads to ensure alignment with our cloud solutions and services.

·      Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

·      Understand client requirements and propose customised cloud solutions to meet their needs.

·      Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and presentations to clients.

·      Collaborate with the technical team to develop comprehensive and competitive cloud solutions.

·      Negotiate contract terms and pricing to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

Close deals and achieve sales targets within specified timelines.

·      Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape in cloud computing.

·      Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement embedded software applications for IoT devices using C programming language.
• Develop and maintain firmware for Raspberry Pi-based systems, ensuring optimal performance and compatibility with various IoT sensors and peripherals.
• Collaborate with hardware engineers to define and document system requirements and specifications.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of embedded software to identify and resolve any issues or bugs.
• Optimize code and improve system performance to enhance the overall user experience.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in embedded systems and IoT development.
• Work closely with the product management team to translate customer requirements into technical specifications.
• Provide technical support and guidance to the team during the development and deployment phases.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of software development processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in C programming language with a solid understanding of embedded systems.
• Experience developing software for Raspberry Pi or similar single-board computers.
• Knowledge of IoT protocols and technologies such as MQTT, CoAP, TCP/IP, and wireless communication (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc.).
• Familiarity with various sensors, actuators, and electronic components commonly used in IoT devices.
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues in embedded systems.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Prior experience in developing IoT applications or working on IoT projects is a plus.

Responsibilities:

1. Candidate Sourcing:

• Utilize various recruitment channels to source potential candidates, including online job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks.

• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates who meet the position requirements.

• Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability and gather relevant information.

2. Placement Coordination:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions and specifications.

• Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.

• Manage the placement process, including conducting background checks, reference checks, and pre-employment assessments.

• Ensure timely feedback to candidates regarding their application status and assist in making job offers.

3. Onboarding Support:

• Assist with new hire onboarding, including collecting and verifying employment documents, conducting orientation sessions, and facilitating the completion of necessary paperwork.

• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure new employees have the necessary resources and equipment on their first day.

• Serve as a point of contact for new hires during their initial period, addressing their queries and providing support as needed.

4. Recruitment Administration:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the google sheets or HR database.

• Prepare recruitment-related reports and metrics for HR management and hiring managers.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes, suggesting and implementing enhancements where appropriate.

• Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the placement process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Previous experience in HR recruitment, placement coordination, or talent acquisition is preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling candidate and employee data.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software applications.

• Building and operationalizing large scale enterprise data solutions and applications using one or more of AZURE data and analytics services in combination with custom solutions - Azure Synapse/Azure SQL DWH, Azure Data Lake, Azure Blob Storage, Spark, HDInsights, Databricks, CosmosDB, EventHub/IOTHub.
• Experience in migrating on-premise data warehouses to data platforms on AZURE cloud. 
• Designing and implementing data engineering, ingestion, and transformation functions
• Azure Synapse or Azure SQL data warehouse
• Spark on Azure is available in HD insights and data bricks

• Creating C#.NET windows Desktop (WPF) applications to meet project specifications
• Must have experience in windows UI
• Co-ordinating design, development, testing, debugging and implementation of .NET projects
