We are seeking a skilled Java Developer with hands-on experience in Java and Spark to build scalable data processing solutions. You'll contribute to high-performance data pipelines and analytics platforms in a dynamic Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Java applications integrated with Apache Spark for ETL processes, data transformations, and analytics.
• Build and optimize Spark jobs (Spark SQL, DataFrames, Streaming) for large-scale data processing.
• Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to implement robust data workflows.
• Write clean, maintainable Java code following best practices (Spring Boot, Microservices preferred).
• Perform code reviews, unit testing, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot and optimize Spark performance for production workloads.
• Document technical solutions and mentor junior developers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4-7 years of hands-on Java development experience.
• Strong expertise in Apache Spark (Spark Core, Spark SQL, PySpark basics).
• Proficiency in Java 8/11+ with multithreading and collections frameworks.
• Experience with data processing (ETL, data pipelines, big data).
• Familiarity with build tools (Maven/Gradle) and version control (Git).
• Strong problem-solving skills and Bangalore location availability.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration.

Good to Have

• Experience with Snowflake for cloud data warehousing.
• Knowledge of DBT (Data Build Tool) for analytics engineering.
• Python scripting for data manipulation and automation.
• Exposure to AWS/GCP/Azure cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with Kafka, Airflow, or containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

B1 – Data Scientist  -  Kofax Accredited Developers

Requirement – 3

Mandatory –

• Accreditation of Kofax KTA / KTM
• Experience in Kofax Total Agility Development – 2-3 years minimum
• Ability to develop and translate functional requirements to design
• Experience in requirement gathering, analysis, development, testing, documentation, version control, SDLC, Implementation and process orchestration
• Experience in Kofax Customization, writing Custom Workflow Agents, Custom Modules, Release Scripts
• Application development using Kofax and KTM modules
• Good/Advance understanding of Machine Learning /NLP/ Statistics
• Exposure to or understanding of RPA/OCR/Cognitive Capture tools like Appian/UI Path/Automation Anywhere etc
• Excellent communication skills and collaborative attitude
• Work with multiple teams and stakeholders within like Analytics, RPA, Technology and Project management teams
• Good understanding of compliance, data governance and risk control processes

Total Experience – 7-10 Years in BPO/KPO/ ITES/BFSI/Retail/Travel/Utilities/Service Industry

Good to have

• Previous experience of working on Agile & Hybrid delivery environment
• Knowledge of VB.Net, C#( C-Sharp ), SQL Server , Web services

Qualification -

• Masters in Statistics/Mathematics/Economics/Econometrics Or BE/B-Tech, MCA or MBA

Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token

Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Web pack, NPM.

What you need to have:

• Must be either a Finance graduate / ICWA / MBA Finance / CA Inter.
• 5-7 years of relevant work experience in payroll function.
• Handled in and out payroll inputs, variance analysis and also understands drivers to payroll cost.
• Excellent communication skills and also with an excellent analytical mind.

#Triage and troubleshoot issues on the AWS and GCP and participate in a rotating on-call schedule and address urgent issues quickly

#Develop and leverage expert-level knowledge of supported applications and platforms in support of project teams (architecture guidance, implementation support) or business units (analysis).

#Monitoring the process on production runs, communicating the information to the advisory team, and raising production support issues to the project team.

#Identifying and deploying cybersecurity measures by continuously performing vulnerability assessment and risk management

#Previous startup experience would be a huge plus.
