Required Skills:

• Exp. - 3-8 years
• Experience in Core Java and Spring Boot.
• Extensive experience in developing enterprise-scale applications and systems. Should possess good architectural knowledge and be aware of enterprise application design patterns.
• Should have the ability to analyze, design, develop and test complex, low-latency client- facing applications.
• Good development experience with RDBMS.
• Good knowledge of multi-threading and high-performance server-side development.
• Basic working knowledge of Unix/Linux.

• Should have the ability to express their design ideas and thoughts

• Analyze highly complex business requirements;
• generate technical specifications to design or redesign complex software components and applications;
• Acts as an expert technical resource for modeling, simulation and analysis efforts;
• Adapt to change quickly and adjust work accordingly in a positive manner;
• Be flexible and thrive in an evolving environment;
• Individual contributor to build the application for e-commerce platform;
• Assures quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported areas;
• Working in cloud data stores to include S3, DynamoDB and/or Amazon RDS;
• Perform test automation in a test-driven development environment;
• Implement DevOps concepts, tools and continuous delivery pipelines - Bamboo, Jenkins, Maven, Bitbucket, Jira, etc;
• Implement instrumentation to gather business-specific metrics around consumer usage patterns;

Must-Have Technology Skills:

• OOP Concept, Java 8+, Spring Boot, API development, Agile Scrum knowledge, Strong Databases design concepts of RDBMS, and capable of writing and optimizing complex queries.
  Good understanding of any Database tool e.g. Postgres, MySQL, etc.,
• DevOps basic knowledge e.g. implementation of logging in the code, Application Performance Management.
• Basic API & Application security, and Basics of tuning application performance.
• Basic Understanding of DevOps concepts e.g. CI & CD, Deployment lifecycle, Basic understanding of unit testing concepts e.g. TDD (test-driven development).
• A basic understanding of Microservices patterns
• A basic understanding of Java scripting.
• Good understanding of UI Frameworks like Angular 8+

Job Description

• Good experience as a full-stack developer in DB-centric applications and should be able to write and optimize complex database queries
• Requirement gathering & understanding, effort estimation, technical design, project planning, and monitoring in an Agile environment.
• Work proactively & independently to address project requirements, and articulate issues/challenges with enough lead time to address project delivery risks.
• Providing expertise in technical analysis and solving technical issues during project delivery.
• Customer interfacing - understand customer requirements, and propose technical solutions.
• Full Software Development Lifecycle (Agile).
• Code reviews, test case reviews and ensure code developed meets the requirements.
• Component Design/ Coding/ Unit Testing/ Debugging / Test Driven Development / Continuous Integration.
• Carry out adaptive changes necessitated by changes in Business Requirements and Technology

• Having a polyglot mindset to think beyond one programming language/framework to choose the right tech stack for the right problem and exhibit learnability to pick up new technologies
• Proven working experience in Java development/Python development with reasonable exposure to Python/Java respectively or willingness to learn Python/Java
• Hands on experience in designing and developing applications using Java EE platforms/Python Frameworks
• Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns
• Good Understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms
• Hands on multi-threading
• Experience in the Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies (e.g. JDBC, JPA2, Hibernate, Django ORM)
