Job Summary:

This role is for a Senior Technology Lead to drive the strategy and execution across a portfolio of IT

applications involving product backlog management, development, production stability, staffing and

partner management including business users and customers.

Ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree preferably in IT, with about 10-15 years of experience

in software development using Microsoft ASP.Net, MVC, C#, JavaScript, Jquery and SQL Server. Prior

experience in Finance domain is preferred

Key Responsibilities and skills:

● Strong hands-on technical expertise on Microsoft ASP.Net, MVC, C#, JavaScript, Jqueryand SQL Server

● Exposure to SDLC tools, such as: Visual Studio, JIRA, Git including CI/CD and test automation

● Leading the development team in the design, development, coding, testing and implementation of IT

applications in on-prem and cloud environment.

● Proficient in the software development lifecycle and underlying processes. Exposure to Agile

methodologies is very useful

● Strong communication skills both oral and written to handle team, client and management levels

● Work with business teams in understanding and prioritizing the requirements for future releases

● Developing standards and procedures to ensure that software quality standards are met and

consistent.

● Proven track record in designing and delivering technical solutions

● Strong management experience particularly managing multiple application development teams,

including L1 and L2 support

● Confident, resourceful and transparent

Overall responsibility:

• Drafts, implements, and executes policies and procedures to facilitate a quality customer service experience.
• Establishes performance metrics for customer service representatives. Establishes service levels and requirements for the department.
• Develops and implements methods to record, assess, and analyse customer feedback.
• Develops and implements training and quality assurance programs for new hires and experienced employees.
• Identifies and recommends or acquires updates and expansions to technology, equipment, and policies that may improve customer service and retention. Acts as a liaison between the customer service department and other divisions in the company.

Day to day responsibilities :

• Managing the customer support department’s day-to-day functions. Responding to escalated customer support issues.
• Implementing customer support processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Formulating and revising customer support policies and promoting their implementation. Informing the team of all new information related to products, procedures, and trends.
• Assessing support statistics and preparing detailed reports on the findings.
• Interviewing and hiring new employees. Overseeing and evaluating the team's ongoing training efforts.
• Delivering performance evaluations and following the disciplinary process according to company policy. Managing the budget of the customer support department

• Prospecting leads and contacting them to pitch the product/ service
• Setting up meetings with the prospective clients

•  Full Time Masters Degree/ PGD in Human Resources or related field required from a reputed Institute
•  Strong understanding of the interviewing process, benefits administration, payroll and other HR functions Excellent oral & written communication, leadership and planning skills

As Senior Front-End Developer at Meetmo, you'll be responsible for designing(converting from Figma to React UI; matching the UI design same as given in Figma by our customers), and maintaining web applications. You'll work with the development team, as well as UX/UI designers. You'll work closely with our back-end and full-stack developers to deliver consistent and reliable web experience. You'll work with our designers to improve usability for our customers and to ensure high-quality graphic standards and brand consistency. Ultimately, your work will have a direct impact on the user experience of our customers.
