What you’ll do:

What we are looking for:
- Pursuing a degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

Logistics:
- Daily freight rate Update to concerned departments.
- Negotiation of Ocean freight rate and arrange Quotation
- Booking Vessel and Container
- Daily Shipment status updation on excel sheet
- Monitoring the Lift on and Lift out of containers
- Monitoring daily Containers stuffing
- Monitoring the movement of export documents
- Co-ordination with operations team, CHA and Forwarder
- Tracking the shipment till delivery at destination
- Third party agency certifications & coordination
- Monitor freight & transportation invoices & coordinate on the same with Accounts department, CHA,
Forwarder, Vendors
- Reporting and tracking additional local charges
- Handling trouble shooting situations
- Miscellaneous routine tasks
- Follow up with Forwarders for release of D.O & container bookings etc.
- Prepare and maintain daily/Weekly & Monthly MIS Report
Reporting/Filing:
Conduct periodic reporting of all activities
- Manage documentation, filing, and record-keeping
Ad-hoc Activities:
- Assist in Ad-hoc activities
- Preparing reports - as required by Reporting Manager / Directors/ MD
- Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Periodic logistics related visits, & meeting with vendors, CHA, forwarders as & when required by Reporting
Manager for smooth work
Working Relationship:

The VTL / CNC / VMC / HMC Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining machine tools to produce precision components as per drawings and specifications. The role includes machine setup, tool handling, quality checks, and ensuring production targets are met while following safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate VTL, CNC, VMC, and HMC machines for machining operations
- Set up machines, load programs, and select appropriate tools
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions
- Monitor machining processes and make minor adjustments as required

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- 1-3+ years of experience as a in content editing, social media marketing or other related fields, preferably in an advertising agency or marketing department.

- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (i.e. Premiere Pro, After Effects) or other similar software programs(Optional)
