Job Title: Java Developer

We are looking for experienced and passionate Java Developers with strong expertise in Core Java, multithreading, and performance tuning. You will be responsible for designing and developing high-performance, scalable, and resilient backend systems. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex, enterprise-level systems and modern architectures like microservices and event-driven frameworks.

 • 3–10 years of hands-on experience in Java (8 or above) development. 

 • Strong foundation in OOPs, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.

 • Deep understanding of multithreading, concurrency, and synchronization techniques.

 • Experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, JPA/Hibernate. 

 • Good working knowledge of RESTful API development. 

 • Proficient in SQL and experience with relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.

 • Familiarity with Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD pipelines. 

 • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Python and TypeScript.

- Work with cutting-edge tech, building solutions using Large Language Models.

- Architect and optimise cloud infra for efficiency, security, and scalability (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Integrate and deploy APIs, databases, and front-end interfaces seamlessly.

- Lead code reviews to uphold coding standards and mentor junior developers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- 8+ years in software development with expertise in Python and TypeScript.

- Exposure to building or integrating solutions using LLMs.

- Proven ability to lead teams or projects, ensuring high quality outcomes.

- Proficiency in managing cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerisation and Infrastructure-as-Code.

- Strong skills in SQL/NoSQL databases and performance tuning.

- Exceptional analytical and debugging skills.

Nice to Have:

- Experience with vector databases (e.g. Weaviate or Milvus) for semantic search or embedding storage.

- Familiarity with Gen AI frameworks and tools (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex).

- Familiarity with frontend frameworks (Next.js or Angular).

- Active contributions to open-source projects or a strong GitHub portfolio.

Responsibilities:
● Work in close coordination with senior management to define strategy and targets for FI Partnerships
● Develop the pitch, collateral, presentations and other supporting material to adequately demonstrate risk/reward for the Financial Institution partners
● Generate leads pipeline (inbound and outbound) and implementation plan
● Lead and prepare presentations to Financial Institutions
● End to end management of the process for acquiring partners for the platformincluding conclusion of commercials, legal agreement, system integration etc
● Coordination with internal teams like Legal, Credit Risk, Product etc and with external teams of the Bank or Financial Institutions
● Progressively reduce financing cost profile across the platform and NBFC
● Work on arranging for debt funds for the NBFC from other Financial Institutions
● Work with Banking partners to actively participate in joint marketing and other efforts to drive customers both from open market and existing customers of thepartner
● Work with the external stakeholders to develop products and new markets, identifybusiness opportunities
● Track and improve on conversion from leads to closure
● Manage relationships and help resolution of issues in case of any with the Financial Institutions &Regular reporting of performance
● Develop deep relationships with Financial Institutions like Banks, NBFCs etc

Education: Tier1/ Tier 2 college candidates preferred.

Qualifications: knowledge of financial products (esp lending and credit) and regulatory environment

Ideal Experience in an NBFC, Bank (preferably on corp banking sales) or FI business development role in other Fintech companies

• Strong analytical skills - ability to turn business requirements into technical concepts and code
• Implementation knowledge of SAP Work Manager is must and other apps like Service Manager is a plus
• Knowledge in SAP MDK and SAP Asset Manager will be a big plus
• Experience in Java programming, SQL knowledge is a must
• Experience with Web-Technologies (HTML, CSS, JS, REST-WS) is a plus.
