• 1-2 years proven track record of development and design work in the IT industry, preferably in a software product based organization
• Java, springboot, and Microservices
• SQL
• Startup product experience – hustled through various tech, products, stacks
• Having strong experience in Data structures and Algorithms.(Must).
• Good to have experience in Complex Problem solving

• Experience in development C# .net mvc
• Experience in Entity Framework, Linq
• Experience in Scripting (JavaScript, Jquery)
• Experience in MS SQL with Stored Procedures
• Good understanding on the SDLC
• Experience in Agile Methodology  
• Good communication

Create and implement employee relations policies to help increase employees’ job satisfaction 

 2.Devise a list of procedures and practices for hiring new employees and managing our staff

 3. Establish an orientation procedure for onboarding new hires and training them to meet the needs of the company Communicate with employees about compensation, benefits and other facets of their employment 

 4. End to end hiring, training, induction and performance management

 5. Respond to questions or complaints from employees in a timely fashion Manage all other HR department personnel

 6. Formulate HR policies, payroll systems, adherence to statutory compliances and laws Requirements:

•  Full Time Masters Degree/ PGD in Human Resources or related field required from a reputed Institute
•  Strong understanding of the interviewing process, benefits administration, payroll and other HR functions Excellent oral & written communication, leadership and planning skills

What you'll do

Blend app, an AI-driven design tool, will help its users create stunning designs within seconds.

To help us get to our vision faster, we are looking for an Engineer to join us on our app development front. This developer:

• 👩‍💻 Would work on our Flutter codebase writing cross platform code for both Android and iOS.
• 🎨 Work closely with product and design to create amazing user experiences.
• 🐜 Watch out and fix production issues, and target on running a smooth experience.
• 📈 With the help of the rest of the team, you maintain a great app with few bugs and trustable analytics: KPIs, logs, crash logs, boards.

Above all, you would be the owner of the app side of things. Drive it to success. That will be the goal.

We are tech/langugage agnostic when it comes to developers, so the only hard requirement is to be smart and passionate. That being said, having the skills below will be an advantage:

• Experience working with Flutter and/or Dart
• Experience with React/React Native (makes it easier to pick up flutter)
• Experience with Native app development (sooner or later you might get to a point where you need to write native modules as well)
