PHPLoginRadius is seeking a Senior Implementation Engineer to join our incredibly successful customer success team at Jaipur and Hyderabad office.
Job Responsibilities :
● Attending customer meetings and communicate with the customers to
understand their usecase/requirements.
● Assists with requirements gathering, analysis, and writing technical
documentation as per customer's usecase.
● Work closely with the customer's technical team in Implementing
LoginRadius features as per their usecase.
● Help the customer's technical team in Implementing LoginRadius features
with their app.
● Handoff and knowledge transfer of customer's Implementation to the
Technical support team.
● Develop and Maintain LoginRadius CMS Plugins and Web SDKs.
● When necessary, develop tools to help meet client edge cases.
Requirement
● Strong written and oral communication skills.
● Previous experience of working with customers.
● Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic and analytical skills for
problem-solving.
● Expertise in PHP/JavaScript and at least one CMS
Drupal/WordPress/Magento.
● Working knowledge in SSO protocols - SAML/OAuth/OIDC/JWT.
● Working Experience in Third-party Integrations using REST API.
● Familiarity with the Identity and Authentication Management system will
be a plus.
● Previous experience working with a SaaS product is a plus.
● Data migration experience a plus.
● 3+ years of experience.
● Knowledge of other languages i.e. NodeJS/DotNet/Python will be a plus.

Requirements
- Graduation in any technical stream
- A minimum of (3 to 5 ) years of relevant experience
- Ability to work at all levels of the stack, from Golang/NodeJS+NoSQL/SQL to React/+HTML+CSS+Azure/AWS
- Good architectural & design skills.
- Take full ownership and responsibility for building, shipping, and maintaining core LoginRadius features, end to end.
- Design and architect complex new systems, focusing not only on performance and scalability, but also on crafting a beautiful user experience.
- Experience in Docker/Kubernetes is a plus
- Ability to build a feature from scratch & drive it to completion
- A willingness to learn new technology, whatever lets you deliver the best product
- Have worked at a product company is a plus
