Position: MIS Executive/Assistant Manager 

Responsibilities: 

• Managing a team that prepares daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports 
• Presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders, highlighting key trends & opportunities. 
• Overseeing the collection, storage & management of data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy & completeness. 
• Identifying & resolving data issues, inconsistencies and discrepancies and built systems to identify and resolve the same. 
• Working closely with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows & optimize operational efficiency. 
• Collaborating with IT teams to develop and enhance data systems and tools to support business needs. 
• Preparing sales analysis and product analysis reports 
• Generating adhoc Report requirements from Ops, Marketing, Accounting and Training verticals. 
• Verifying the accuracy of inter-store stock transfers  
• Creating & compiling monthly qualitative analysis Report & monthly Customer RFM Analysis. 

Candidate Qualifications & Skill Requirements: 

• 5 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, and business intelligence, preferably in the F&B industry. 
• Experience in Advanced Excel & Tally 
• Must have excellent time management, organized and detail-oriented skills 
• Must be able to define and work to deadlines. 
• Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI). 
• Strong knowledge of database management & data warehousing. 
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. 
• Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.

• Determine the appropriate approach for new software assignments
• Provide solutions to overcome complex problems using the latest technologies
• Developing high-quality and detailed designs, Identify, prioritize and execute tasks in the software development life cycle

• 3+ Experience with RPA software (UiPath) (ONLY/MANDATORY)
• Experience in programming .NET (C# or VB), Java + Node.JS-based programming
• UiPath RPA Implementations and Working Knowledge: Studio, BOTs, Orchestrators, RE Framework and Three E2E Implementations as a Core RPA Developer.
• Skill with scripting languages such as VBA/VBS, Python, NodeJS and JavaScript
• Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform, SQL and NoSQL database experiences
• Orchestrator configuration and component usage knowledge
• hands on experience of orchestrator queue and load distribution
• Proficiency with JIRA, Jenkins, Github, Artifactory and CI/CD development
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including business process expertise
• Experience developing design documents for automation processes

This person is required for a 9-months contract, will work with our client, one of the largest & most reputed Footwear brands in India while being on the payroll of Benchkart.

• Proficient in PL/SQL coding. Having hands-on experience in writing databases, triggers, functions, procedures, packages, dynamic SQL queries.

• Strong knowledge of Oracle Forms and Reports(D2K). Having experience in developing complex forms and reports for end-user applications.

• Knowledge of APEX & Unix Shell Scripting as an additional Skillset.

• Having knowledge of Performance tuning.

• Using standard methodologies, analyze functional and requirement documents to develop technical design specifications.

• Perform root cause analysis on production issues to Identify bottlenecks and bugs.

• 24X7 support is expected for critical production calls on an exceptional basis

• should play a role of an independent technical team member

• Ability to develop good technical designs with all the required considerations - scalability, performance, architecture.

• Maintain a high level of code quality, SDLC processes, and documentation and should possess good communication skills.

• Good Knowledge of code versioning tools and knowledge of Jira or similar ticketing tools.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and should be able to estimate efforts for minor enhancements.

• Experience in working with the global team. Participate actively in conference calls and drive the discussions and meetings. Also, work closely with the cross-functional teams on various production issues and projects with the Capability to travel abroad (up to 25%)

• Other mandatory Skill sets: Oracle Apex, Basic database administration.

• Addon Skills: Oracle ORDS, Web services, AJAX/Advanced JavaScript experience, Oracle Cloud exposure (OCI, DBAAS)

Developer Software (Embedded)

Technical

· Experience in design and development with structured Software Development Life Cycle for embedded applications

· Proficiency in C language or assembly programming, Microcontroller, Micro Processor.

· Preferably experience in working and understanding the metering domain

· Proficiency in development processes, tools/IDE (KEIL, IAR, Eclipse) & test automation

· Unit testing skill
