You will collaborate with developers, engineers, and product managers to produce user manuals, API documentation, online help guides, and training materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain user manuals, installation guides, API documentation, and FAQs.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather technical information.
• Translate complex concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly content.
• Create diagrams, flowcharts, and visuals to support documentation.
• Review and edit content created by other team members for clarity and consistency.

• Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
