Responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for internal customers. Ensure business solutions align with requirements and strategic goals. Design, document, test and leverage business solutions. Assist in defining and planning departmental project roadmaps. Partner with Business, PMO, IT teams and manage prioritization and delivery of services for an application module or subject area. The Program Head (PH) will provide technology vision and leadership in the development and implementation of the affiliate-wide SAP program. The PH will lead in planning and implementing enterprise SAP systems. The PH will act as the SAP Digital evangelist who will coordinate with the Global CIO /SAP Head to introduce latest trends in SAP Leonardo knowhow into the ecosystem. The PH should be familiar with the design thinking and exploration workshops.and curious about innovation and digital transformation in the current SAP system that can be transformed into a digital framework. Required Skills :- Detailed understanding and experience with the SAP HANA technology Minimum of 2 full life cycle implementations in SAP HANA SAP HANA modeling and scripting experience which includes ability to write complex stored procedures and scripted HANA views using SQL. Implement data models with SAP HANA using analytical and calculation views. Monitor, investigate and optimize these models and reporting performance on SAP HANA. Administer data models in SAP HANA, including setting of information validation rules, managing schemas, the importing/exporting and transporting of data models.
