Roles & Responsibilities :-

1. Sales Revenue - Achieving or exceeding the set revenue targets.  
2. New Client Acquisition - Successfully bringing in new clients and expandng the customer base.  
3. Achieving Monthly Sales budgets - Monitoring and improving the performance of the business development team, measured through individual and team targets.  
4. Revenue Growth - Achieving a predetermined increase in revenue over aspecific period.  
5. Helping team towards the closure and establishing new channels and strategy to grow the sales.  
6. Identifying where improvements can be made and developing sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals.  
7. Managing sales teams.  
8. Client Retention - Ensuring the retention of existing clients and fostering long-term relationships.  
9. Customer Satisfaction - Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and receiving positive feedback from clients.  
10. Setting quarterly and annual sales goals and motivating the sales teams to achieve their goals.  
11. Cross selling and Upselling - Identifying opportunities to offer additional products or services to existing clients.  
12. Monitoring the market and competitor products and activities and providing detailed sales forecasting.  
13. Sales Pipeline - Maintaining a healthy sales pipeline with enough qualified opportunities.  
14. Reviewing customer activity, anticipating consumer needs, and improving customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services. 
• Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
• Knowledge of the open-source Android ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks
• Understanding of Google's Android design principles and interface guidelines
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
• Familiarity with continuous integration & Application Bundle Kotlin, Java
• Key requirements: Android SDK, Android UI, Core Java, Gradle, Kotlin.

• Become a member of the team responsible for IoT hub software development. IoT hub provides IoT functionality (smart home, smart appliance,…) to mobile and web clients and runs on Linux-based host like smart home hub, broadband router, STB, etc.
• Implementation and/or extension of leading wireless/wired protocols (ZigBee, Bluetooth, IP-based,..) for communication with smart devices
• Development of new features for control and monitoring of smart devices and automation of IoT system
• IoT hub software porting on various hosts
• Software optimizations

Position:             C++ Developer

Location:            Hyderabad

Requirements:

• Strong C++ skills obtained in multiple years of C++ programming experience (at least 3 years)
• Good understanding of embedded system development based on Linux OS
• Knowledge of advanced programming concepts (e.g. Multi-Threading, OS internals, Networking, IPC mechanisms)
• Solid understanding of computer networking (TCP/UDP/MQTT/SSL)
• Solid understanding of Git source code management system
• Troubleshooting skills
• B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA in computer science/ECE/EEE
• Fluent English

Responsibilities: 

• Improve robustness of Leena AI current NLP stack 
• Increase zero shot learning capability of Leena AI current NLP stack 
• Opportunity to add/build new NLP architectures based on requirements 
• Manage End to End lifecycle of the data in the system till it achieves more than 90% accuracy 
• Manage a NLP team

• Experience in the data science methodology from exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, model selection, deployment of the model at scale and model evaluation 
• Experience in deploying NLP architectures in production

• Experience in adversarial attacks/robustness of DNN is good to have 
• Experience with Python Web Framework (Django), Analytics and Machine Learning frameworks like Tensorflow/Keras/Pytorch.

6. Coach, the mentor, motivate and supervise the project team. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
7. Keep detailed track of projects and share updates with clients.

Skills required:-

1.Should have good knowledge of any technology
2.Good experience in customer management and people management.
3.Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously.

1. Experience with enterprise products is desirable
2. Experience in banking and finance domain is a bonus
3. Client facing experience in the role of a project manager.

Desired experience:-

Should have handled small/medium projects in the past.
Prepare product and project plans in coordination with the sales team and tech team.
Should have worked with technical architects and developers and understands the terminology and concepts.
Proven ability to demonstrate a drive for results and accountability of business needs.
Experience of 3-4 years in Project Management
2-3 years in a PMO role
Overall experience of 6-8 years
Preferably from Product Organisations. But not a must.
Experience in preparing and reviewing Project Plans
Understanding of project governance and process compliances
Deep understanding of Project tracking and Risk assessment.
Experience of preparing Project reports, Snapshots, MIS.
Good team player - as he/she will need to work closely with PMs and other internal teams.

        8+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise software development using J2EE Framework. 

        Experience with React.js, AngularJS, strong knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML5

        Passion for building enterprise web applications leveraging modern architecture principles, strong prior experience as a full stack developer. 

        Expertise with CSS and building responsive pages, with a keen eye for UI design and usability

        Experience with web-accessibility/WCAG standards

        Experience working collaboratively with a globally distributed team.

        Experience with agile methodologies and good exposure to DevOps/CICD models.
