Job Summary:

We are looking for a Pega Developer with experience in BPM, CRM, or ITSM application development. The candidate should have strong expertise in Pega development, integrations, security, and enterprise application delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain applications on the Pega Platform.
• Participate in all SDLC phases including development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Configure workflows, case management, business rules, and reports.
• Develop integrations using REST/SOAP, JSON, and XML.
• Implement application security and access controls.
• Support deployments, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on Pega development experience.
• Exposure to BPM, CRM, or ITSM platforms.
• Strong knowledge of JSON/XML integrations.
• Understanding of authentication, authorization, and access controls.

About the Role

As an AI/ML Intern, you’ll work closely with our core AI/ML team on projects involving LLMs, retrieval systems, and agentic reasoning.

You’ll contribute to experiments, data preparation, model evaluation, and prototype development, gaining exposure to both research concepts and production-level AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in building and evaluating LLM- and agent-based pipelines (RAG, reasoning, tool use, etc.).
• Conduct small-scale experiments and contribute to prompt design and prompt evaluation.
• Help integrate LLMs with APIs, databases, and internal tools.
• Explore and document recent AI agent frameworks and LLM techniques.
