Springer Capital is a cross-border asset management firm specializing in real estate investment banking between China and the USA. We are offering a remote internship for aspiring data engineers interested in data pipeline development, data integration, and business intelligence. The internship offers flexible start and end dates. A short quiz or technical task may be required as part of the selection process. 

Responsibilities: 

▪ Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines for structured and unstructured data sources 

▪ Develop ETL processes to collect, clean, and transform data from internal and external systems 

▪ Support integration of data into dashboards, analytics tools, and reporting systems 

▪ Collaborate with data analysts and software developers to improve data accessibility and performance 

▪ Document workflows and maintain data infrastructure best practices 

▪ Assist in identifying opportunities to automate repetitive data tasks 

• SAP Ariba Strategic Sourcing capabilities including Ariba Spend Analysis, Ariba Sourcing, Ariba Contracts, Ariba Supplier Lifecycle & Performance and Supplier Risk
• Should have experience in implementing on- premise and on- cloud Ariba.
• Good knowledge and understanding of Ariba P2P, Integration of P2P with backend ERP System.
• Strong Knowledge in ARIBA network skill set

 Digital Marketing Internship

• Must have good insight into tools like Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management platforms, and more.
• Design posters and creatives for Instagram, websites, and other platforms
• Assist in creating and executing digital marketing campaigns
• Enthusiasm for digital marketing and a willingness to learn.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and trends.
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Google Docs, or any analytics tool.
• Work on content creation, SEO, and social media strategies
• Knowledge of social media trends and strategies

·       Primarily responsible for working on various service requests related to maintaining database security (roles, privileges, authentication), creating schema and copying data

·       Work on installation, configuration, creation and administration of HP Vertica database clusters and AWS RDS MySQL database.

·       Work with platform, product and other support teams to participate in release and change management processes to implement new features/functions as well support mandatory patches or upgrade activities on weekends.

·       Responsible for database performance tuning, query tuning and database operations including migration and upgrade.

·       Plan and implement periodic upgrades of database schema and perform testing and verification of released database schema upgrades.

·       Configure and manage database backup and restore, participate in Disaster Recovery

·       Create and maintain documentation, procedures and best practice guides for database deployment and maintenance.
