We are currently at a high-growth stage:

• PGAGI is growing rapidly and expanding from mid-market clients into enterprise, government, and public-sector opportunities.
• Toingg is gaining strong traction, currently at ~$12K ARR with a growing pipeline capable of adding significant recurring revenue in the coming months.
• We are building in one of the fastest-moving industries globally — AI products, voice AI, automation, and AI-native communication systems.

We are now looking for one exceptionally sharp individual to work directly with the founder in the Founder’s Office.

Role Overview

This is not a conventional operations role.

As part of the Founder’s Office, you will work closely with the founder across multiple high-impact business functions, helping the company scale faster while creating structure and execution clarity.

You will operate at the intersection of:

• Business strategy
• Sales execution
• Enterprise growth
• AI-native operations
• Internal systems
• Client coordination
• Content and distribution

This role is designed for someone who thrives in high-speed environments, learns quickly, takes ownership naturally, and enjoys solving complex operational and strategic problems.

Key Responsibilities

Business & Founder Support

• Work directly with the founder on strategic initiatives and daily execution
• Assist in decision-making, research, follow-ups, and execution management
• Help prioritize opportunities and ensure operational momentum

Sales & Enterprise Growth

• Support enterprise deal execution and pipeline management
• Coordinate with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Assist in government and public-sector opportunity tracking

Operations & Systems

• Build and improve internal systems and workflows
• Create operational structure across fast-moving teams
• Use AI tools to automate and optimize workflows wherever possible

AI-Native Workflow Management

• Implement and manage AI-assisted systems across departments
• Explore tools, automations, and integrations to improve execution speed
• Help scale internal productivity using AI

Client Communication & Execution

• Manage communication follow-ups and execution tracking
• Coordinate across internal teams and external stakeholders
• Ensure projects move smoothly without operational bottlenecks

Content & Distribution

• Assist with social media growth and distribution initiatives
• Support content operations and audience expansion strategies
• Contribute to scaling AI-driven content systems

And while doing that, we are solving some fascinating problems around decoding human psychology and understanding our audience’s content tastes using engineering and data science.

We are looking for an Engineering Head to join our founding team and drive the vision and architecture for scaling KahaniBox to 100M+ monthly users.

You will:

• Recruit and manage world-class engineering talent both in India and abroad.
• Lead the development of our content creation engine, recommendation engine, and content insight engine. 
• Prototype and implement new product ideas and initiatives around increasing revenue, user retention, content consumption, etc.
• Implement and continuously improve processes for high-velocity engineering, including DevOps, testing, CI/CD, PRs, etc.
• Keep technical debt under control by reinforcing and evolving our engineering culture, which values code reviews, high test coverage, and adequate documentation.

You have:

• 7+ years of engineering experience in scaling, optimizing, and rewriting significant systems. Bonus points for gaming/media-tech experience.
• 3+ years of team management experience. 
• Strong team-building and empowering skills - you excel in hiring and mentoring high-performing engineering teams.
• Exceptional competencies in data structures, algorithms, software design, and OOP.
• Experience with at least one Cloud Providers: GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Experience in building data pipelines and implementing event-driven architectures.
• Strong bias to ship early and iterate quickly with data.
• Intermediate understanding of Machine Learning.

Position: Database Administrator (PostgreSQL)

Location: Raipur

Experience: 7 to 9 years

Salary: 15-18 LPA

Qualification: BE / B.Tech / MCA

Job Profile

·      Expertise in PostgreSQL database installation, configuration, and administration.

·      Experience with database security, backup, recovery, and high availability.

·      Strong SQL development, query optimization, and performance-tuning skills.

·      Solid understanding of logical and physical database design and data modeling.

·      Ability to perform impact analysis and handle database migrations.

·      Providing SQL expertise, proposing design recommendations and optimization.

·      Knowledge of system administration and network administration concepts.

·      Experience in enforcing database and coding standards.

·      Ability to generate reports and statistics using database queries.

1. Develop and Deploy Software:
1. Architect and create an effective build and release process using industry best practices and tools
2. Create and manage build scripts to deploy software in a multi-cloud environment
3. Look for opportunities to automate as much of the deployment process as possible to provide for repeatability, auditability, scalability and build in process enforcement
2. Manage Release Schedule:
1. Act as a “gate keeper” for all releases into production
2. Work closely with business stakeholders, development managers and developers to prepare a release schedule
3. Help prioritize deployment requests for version upgrades, patches and hot-fixes
3. Continuous Delivery of Software:
1. Implement Continuous Integration (CI) practices to drive development teams to implement smaller changes and commit code to the version control repo frequently
2. Implement Continuous Development (CD) practices that automates deployment of the application to several environments – Dev, Test and Production
3. Implement Continuous Testing (functional and non-functional) to execute tests in the CI/CD pipeline
4. Manage Version Control:
1. Define and implement branching policies to efficiently manage source-code
2. Implement business rules as a part of source control standards
5. Resolve Software Issues:
1. Assist technical support and development teams to troubleshoot issues and identify areas that need improvement
2. Address deployment related issues
6. Maintain Release Documentation:
1. Maintain release notes (features available in stable versions and known issues) and other documents for both internal and external end users
