Data Analyst

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer with 7-10 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in financial services, databases, microservices. This role requires a mix of hands-on technical skills, leadership capabilities, and client engagement experience.

Investment Banking Domain Preferred

• Technical Leadership: Lead a team of developers, perform code reviews, and ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Microservices & Databases: Design, develop, and optimize microservices architecture with robust database integrations.
• Solution Delivery: Drive end-to-end software development, from design to deployment, ensuring on-time and high-quality project completion.
• Team Collaboration: Mentor junior engineers, provide technical guidance, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7-10 years of experience in software development & leadership
• Expertise in financial services domain.
• Strong knowledge of databases (SQL, NoSQL) and microservices architecture

Required Candidate profile

• 4+ years of professional development experience in an agile software engineering role
• Strong development skills in Java or Groovy
• Experience with Jenkins, bamboo and CI/CD environments
• Familiarity with Guice or similar dependency injection frameworks
• Familiarity with relational database technology
• Familiarity with document store database technology such as ElasticSearch or Cassandra
• Experience with design and testing of RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with cross platform development on Linux, OSX and Windows
• Strong understanding of Git version control system
• Knowledge of JavaScript (Node.js)
• Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Familiarity with Docker / Kubernetes
• Experience with continuous integration and build systems such as Jenkins or Bamboo
• Experience with Jira or other project management, issue-tracking or bug-tracking tools
• Should have knowledge of RDBMS
• Familiarity with Node.js, Kotlin, Kafka, DynamoDB
• Previous experience with SaaS or cloud development, Micro-services

• Build roadmap: You will always have a roadmap for your product and you will constantly update the roadmap taking into account the rapid change of business dynamics as well as user behavior and segments that we would go after
• Help build the team: Participate in hiring cross-functional team members for different roles

If you are a PHP developer & have a good understanding of web technologies you may apply for this positoin. As a Developer, you will be a part of our web development team and will be working with some very experienced developers on challenging and interesting projects. You will be a part of an Agile delivery team and work closely with Requirement Analysts, Scrum Masters, Development & Design team and QA team.

Technical Skills

1. PHP - 4.5 Years Experience along with HTML5, CSS Bootstrap, JQuery, JS, MySQL/MongoDB, JSON Web Services and API Services
2. PHP Frameworks: Min. 2 Years with anyone (Laravel, Symfony, CakePHP, Yii etc.)
3. PHP Reporting Tools (Jasper etc.)
4. NET Exposure - Good to have
5. Understanding of responsive design frameworks such as bootstrap
6. MEAN Stack - Good to have
7. Angular / React - Good to have
