What you will do:

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Stakeholder management:- Managing the existing partners on Ecosystem. With customers at the core, ensuring that the best propositions from the partners are being sourced & enhanced for the end users

2. Business Development:- Originating new partners on the Ecosystem while ensuring that commercials are sorted out

3. Strategize member enrolment programme and lead cross-functional teams to deliver on mutually agreed targets

4. Work alongside the Data team to build unique dashboards for internal reviews and channelise data towards the partners

5. Work with the Product team to co-build various capabilities on the platform

6. Work with the marketing team to design campaigns & attractive promotions for enrolments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in a similar role with Digital platforms or digital roles

- MBA from Top B schools

- Eye for a consumer's mindset

- Experience of working in digital first platforms or differentiated build-outs

- Data driven approach to decision making

- Ability to multitask and work on a diverse range of requirements.

We are building India's largest mobility ecosystem embedded with features that all vehicle owners are going to love & use frequently. This would be a digital-only platform covering entire India and empowering the complete range of vehicles.
