About the Role

We are seeking detail-oriented and proactive Operations Interns to join our team remotely for a 3-month internship. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates interested in business operations, process management, and cross-functional coordination. While this is an unpaid internship, interns who successfully complete the program will receive a Completion Certificate and a Letter of Recommendation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day business operations and process management.
• Support project coordination and ensure tasks are executed on time.
• Help prepare reports, dashboards, and documentation for operational activities.
• Collaborate with different teams (HR, Marketing, Tech, etc.) to ensure smooth workflows.
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for efficiency.
• Track and monitor key operational metrics.
• Contribute to internal communication and scheduling.

Requirements

• Interest in business operations, project management, or related fields.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets, Docs, Slides).

Job Description

• Meeting with the client and internal team to review website and application requirements.
• Setting up project completion timelines with client and tracking it to closure.
• Configuring the company SharePoint systems to specified requirements.
• Developing new web components using XML, .NET, SQL, and C#.
• Designing, coding, and implementing scalable applications.
• Extending SharePoint functionality with forms, web parts, and application technologies.
• Testing and debugging code, troubleshooting software issues.
• Reviewing website interface and software stability.
• Maintaining and updating SharePoint applications.
• Prepare Solution Design Documentation of projects.
• Providing systems training to staff and customers.

• Reporting - Dashboard, Growth Report, All Project Reports MTD, QTD, YTD wise

Must-Have Technology Skills:

• OOP Concept, Java 8+, Spring Boot, API development, Agile Scrum knowledge, Strong Databases design concepts of RDBMS, and capable of writing and optimizing complex queries.
  Good understanding of any Database tool e.g. Postgres, MySQL, etc.,
• DevOps basic knowledge e.g. implementation of logging in the code, Application Performance Management.
• Basic API & Application security, and Basics of tuning application performance.
• Basic Understanding of DevOps concepts e.g. CI & CD, Deployment lifecycle, Basic understanding of unit testing concepts e.g. TDD (test-driven development).
• A basic understanding of Microservices patterns
• A basic understanding of Java scripting.

Job Description

• Good experience as a full-stack developer in DB-centric applications and should be able to write and optimize complex database queries
• Requirement gathering & understanding, effort estimation, technical design, project planning, and monitoring in an Agile environment.
• Work proactively & independently to address project requirements, and articulate issues/challenges with enough lead time to address project delivery risks.
• Providing expertise in technical analysis and solving technical issues during project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the quality of software products we build
• Author test documentation including test plans, test cases & scenarios and develop automated test suites.
• Develop test strategies, plans, and test cases and setting up of E2E test infrastructure
• Both Manual as well as Automation Testing on backend/frontend E2E testing.
• Work towards sustaining current QA processes and implementing new ones
• Define system test plans to validate all existing feature functionalities configured on system testbeds and automate all test cases
• Verify endurance and scale testing to validate robust feature functionality under stress

Must have:

• Extensively worked on various testing types such as Functional, Regression, Sanity, Smoke, Mobile testing, cross browser compatibility
• Expertise in developing, managing, and implementing E2E testing for core features in Automation frameworks using Selenium/ REST Assured/ APM or equivalent.
• API testing using tools like Postman.
• Experience in writing SQL queries to perform backend data validations

Good To Have :

• Experience in building Automation framework from Scratch
• Familiarity with performance testing using JMeter, Scale and Reliability testing
• Hands-on experience with cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure or GCP is a plus
• Comfortable with Agile methodologies and working in small teams
