Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using PySpark and distributed computing frameworks.
• Implement ETL processes and integrate data from structured and unstructured sources into cloud data warehouses.
• Work across Azure or AWS cloud ecosystems to deploy and manage big data workflows.
• Optimize performance of SQL queries and develop stored procedures for data transformation and analytics.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Analysts, and Business teams to ensure reliable data availability and quality.
• Maintain documentation and implement best practices for data architecture, governance, and security.

⚙️ Required Skills

• Programming: Proficient in PySpark, Python, and SQL, MongoDB
• Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Databricks, or AWS Glue/Redshift.
• Data Engineering Tools: Familiarity with Apache Spark, Kafka, Airflow, or similar tools.
• Data Warehousing: Strong knowledge of designing and working with data warehouses like Snowflake, BigQuery, Synapse, or Redshift.
• Data Modeling: Experience in dimensional modeling, star/snowflake schema, and data lake architecture.
• CI/CD & Version Control: Exposure to Git, Terraform, or other DevOps tools is a plus.

🧰 Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Certifications in Azure/AWS are highly desirable.
• Knowledge of business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a bonus.

Strong Data Scientist/Machine Learnings/ AI Engineer Profile

Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Scientist or Machine Learning Engineer building ML models

Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have strong expertise in Python with the ability to implement classical ML algorithms including linear regression, logistic regression, decision trees, gradient boosting, etc.

Mandatory (Experience 3) – Must have hands-on experience in minimum 2+ usecaseds out of recommendation systems, image data, fraud/risk detection, price modelling, propensity models

Mandatory (Experience 4) – Must have strong exposure to NLP, including text generation or text classification (Text G), embeddings, similarity models, user profiling, and feature extraction from unstructured text

Mandatory (Experience 5) – Must have experience productionizing ML models through APIs/CI/CD/Docker and working on AWS or GCP environments

Mandatory (Company) – Must be from product companies, Avoid candidates from financial domains (e.g., JPMorgan, banks, fintech)

1. Bridging the gap between IT and the business using data analytics to assess processes, determine requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to executives and stakeholders.

2. Ability to search, extract, transform and load data from various databases, cleanse and refine data until it is fit-for-purpose

3. Work within various time constraints to meet critical business needs, while measuring and identifying activities performed and ensuring service requirements are met

Key Skills and Requirements

· Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Node.js and Express.js

· Bachelor Degree in Computer Science OR in related field B.sc - IT/ BCA /MCA/B.Tech/M.Tech

· Programming experience in Web Application development with Node.js and Express.js

· Must have experience in JavaScript, Node.js, Express.js or have extensive exposure in any MVC framework

· Expert in MySQL and Store Procedures

· Knowledge of REST API / Web API protocol

· Understanding HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, Ajax, JSON, OOPs well enough

· Good to have: React Js.

· Strong coding skills, good analytical and problem-solving skills
