Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager – Influencer Marketing to spearhead the growth of our influencer marketing vertical. This role demands a strong understanding of influencer trends, brand collaboration dynamics, and a proven knack for building high-value partnerships. You will be responsible for identifying, pitching, and converting potential clients looking to leverage influencer marketing as a growth channel.
Responsibilities:
1. Generate, develop, and grow new business opportunities specifically for influencer marketing services.
2. Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospective clients by researching target markets, industries, and brands aligned with influencer-led campaigns.
3. Conduct market research to identify trends, brand needs, and partnership opportunities.
4. Strategically pitch influencer marketing solutions—ranging from micro to celebrity influencers across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling, customised proposals and presentations tailored to brand goals.
6. Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term value.
7. Maintain strong client relationships post-conversion to encourage repeat business and referrals.
8. Work closely with strategy, planning, and execution teams to ensure smooth handovers and deliverables post-sale.
9. Represent the agency in client meetings, networking events, and industry forums related to influencer marketing.
10. Maintain a consistent cadence of outreach, follow-ups, and prospecting through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Experienced in Selenium WebDriver
- Experience with Selector Web Elements, Particularly XPath
- Aware of Core Selenium concepts like different types of Wait, Complex X Paths, Selenium Grid etc.
- Expertise in Java programming language
- Knowhow of Jenkins and setting up a Continuous Delivery pipeline
- Apache POI API for reading and writing data to excel.
- Experienced working in IDE : Preferably Eclipse.
- Experienced in Version Control tool : GIT or SVN.
- Experienced in Testing Framework: Preferably TestNG or JUnit.
- Experienced in Build Tools: ANT and Maven.
- Expertise in at least one programming language - Java/C#

- Working with designers, product managers to collaboratively own the front-end layer at FalconBrick and deliver stellar end user experiences
- Building responsive and elegant mobile and desktop web UIs
- Test, debug and maintain the application software throughout the product lifecycle

Desired Candidate Profile
- You love working with JavaScript and are very familiar with JavaScript design patterns and can build fairly complex UI
- Have at least 2 years experience in development of responsive web/mobile applications using advanced JS and web technologies
