About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Design Lead / Brand Design Lead who

can take complete ownership of the visual identity and brand design across the company.

The role will involve working across brand identity, marketing design, publication

graphics, packaging, creative communication, and brand strategy, ensuring that every

visual touchpoint is consistent, impactful, and aligned with the company's vision.

Key Responsibilities

 Own and strengthen the company's overall brand identity and visual language.

 Lead design for all major brand and marketing initiatives.

 Develop and maintain brand guidelines, visual systems, typography, color

systems, and design principles.

 Design and oversee marketing creatives, campaigns, social media assets,

advertisements, and digital communication.

 Lead the design of publication graphics, educational content, and learning

products.

 Work on logo design, brand assets, packaging, product branding, and other

physical/digital brand touchpoints.

 Translate marketing and business objectives into strong creative concepts and visual

solutions.

 Develop creative concepts and ensure high-quality execution across multiple formats.

 Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Content, Product, and Business teams.

 Ensure consistency of the brand across campaigns, products, publications, packaging,

and customer communication.

 Contribute to brand strategy through design, helping define how the company

should look, communicate, and be perceived.

 Review and provide direction on designs created by other designers and build a strong

design culture within the team.

 Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines.

 Stay updated with evolving design trends, consumer behavior, and emerging creative

formats.

What We Are Looking For

 Strong experience in Brand Design, Visual Identity, Marketing Design, or

Creative Design.

 Proven experience working on the brand side/in-house, preferably with consumer-

facing or D2C brands.

 Strong understanding of brand strategy and its connection with visual design.

 Excellent conceptual thinking with the ability to turn ideas into compelling visual

communication.

 Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, campaigns, marketing creatives,

packaging, publications, and/or visual identity work.

 Ability to think beyond individual creatives and build complete design systems and

brand experiences.

 Strong leadership and communication skills.

 Ability to independently take ownership of projects and drive them from concept to

execution.

Educational Qualification

 Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Visual Communication, Graphic Design,

or a related field.

 Graduates from reputed design institutes such as NID, NIFT, IIT, or equivalent

institutions would be preferred.

 Candidates with relevant design qualifications such as B.Des / M.Des are preferred.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with 4–6 years of relevant experience, particularly in brand-side/in-house

design teams, consumer brands, D2C companies, education companies, or agencies handling

large brands, would be preferred.

Strong Full stack developer Profile

Mandatory (Experience 4) - Must have Experience in any databases - MySQL / PostgreSQL / Postgres / Oracle / SQL Server / DB2 / SQL / MongoDB / Neo4J

Beyond strong technical ability and cultural fit, we are looking for someone who demonstrates:

• Minimum 1 year of professional web development experience
