Job Description:

 

Magento Developers with 3+ years of experience

 

1) Should have hands-on experience in Magento module/extension development

2) Should be able to quickly understand existing custom modules in Magento and customize and manage it further.

3) Hands-on experience in developing and consuming API/REST calls both inbound and outbound within Magento

4) Should know how to develop WebService/API/REST calls as per Magento architecture, coding standard

5) Troubleshooting integration issues from API/REST calls.

6) Excellent knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.

7) Good working experience on MySQL, developing complex SQL queries, design tables/database for complex business models

8) Knowledge of MVC, OOPs, Design Patterns – especially the design patterns used in Magento

9) Knowledge of Magento theming / UI components is preferred.

10) Hands-on experience with Magento 2 Porto Theming

11) Knowledge of deployment process in Cloud, especially for Magento

12) Should be competent and confident to speak up in team meetings, discussions, war rooms

13) Good command of English language

14) Should be able to work under minimal supervision

15) Should be able to coordinate with other teams and collectively solve issues.

16) Should be able to work independently as well as team

17) Candidate should have prior work experience in Magento Enterprise.

• Must possess a fair, clear understanding of fundamentals and concepts of Magento 1/2, PHP.
• Must have strong experience in Magento Extension development.
• Write well-engineered source code that complies with accepted web standards.
• Strong experience of Magento Best Practices, including experience developing custom extensions and extending third party extensions.
• Thorough functional and code level knowledge of all Magento products and all relevant commerce technologies

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on Magento 2 CMS, and JavaScript frameworks such as jQuery
• Depth knowledge of Magento CMS, PHP5 AJAX, JQuery, Javascript, OOPs. HTML5 CSS3
• Experience with Theme Integration, Customization, Third Party API Integrations.
• Excellent knowledge of SQL scripting and My SQL database administration.
• Sound understanding of OOP and MVC development.
• Hands-on experience on customization of Magento Themes, Magento Modules Development, Extension Development
• Experience in customizing Magento s front-end components using layout XML, blocks, and templates.

As an Magento Developer you can expect to be involved in a position with responsibility for the following:

We are looking for a Web Developer with experience in Magento Program Software. Contractor requirements: Is available for 8 hours per day, schedule available from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm Pacific time Monday to Friday. Has worked doing Web Developer before. Must be Fluent in English. Must know Magento Program Software. Internet connection of 2Mb or more. It cannot be wireless nor through a data card. You should also test that you do not have a latency of over 100ms. You can test these requirements running a simple test at speedtest.net Headset: This headset can be simple, but it must connect to your computer via USB. This is to ensure proper phone behavior and call quality.
