Job Role -PR Account Manager

Experience Level - 3+ years

Location - Bangalore

Responsibilities-

● Candidates should have excellent communication skills

● Content writing, drafting press releases, press notes, listing notes

● Should possess great relations with the media and influencers

● Liaise with editors and journalists via consistent press outreach to explore large format

stories and brand placements

● Influencer relations - Identify and connect with key influencers and brands to seek potential collaboration opportunities for clients

● Client servicing - Build and maintain an effective client relationship

● Work with team and manager to achieve result oriented PR execution

● Research orientation - develop industry know-how and stay up-to-date with trends across various all client verticals

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads. You will work closely with the marketing team to create engaging content and optimize campaigns across various digital channels.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• SEO Management: Optimize website content and structure to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
• Content Creation: Develop and manage engaging content for blogs, social media, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
• Social Media Marketing: Create and execute social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engage with the audience across platforms.
• Email Marketing: Design and implement email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotional offers, while analyzing performance metrics.
• PPC Advertising: Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads) to drive targeted traffic and improve ROI.
• Analytics and Reporting: Utilize tools like Google Analytics to track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Brand Development: Assist in developing a cohesive brand strategy and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field.
• Experience working with ruby on rails as well as libraries like Resque and RSpec.
• Ability to write clean ruby code.

Looking to hire a single backend engineer who will become a part of the core team, with the track to become a part of the leadership at our company.

Candidate should have worked in startups, possess strong programming skills in Python, displays a sense of ownership and is highly energetic and eager to learn state-of-the-art tech and ML.

A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.

2022 or later year pass outs - please apply only if you have relevant full-time and at least 2 prior internships experience

Representative (not exhaustive) responsibilities:

• Assess the current design and infrastructure of the backend server, and continuously implement enhancements to make the systems more robust, reliable and responsive
• Design, implement, test, and deploy APIs with Python on Linux servers
• Enhance back-end functionality and integrate with the front end to deliver a fully functional product
• Implement and set up automated tests to periodically test backend infrastructure for reliability, security and performance
• Design new data pipelines to enable the production deployment of new models
• Mentor junior employees and interns in the company
• Additionally, interest and ability to contribute to the continuous enhancement of our state-of-the-art NLP model pipeline and Inferencing engine is a big plus
• Be ready to roll up your sleeves and participate in customer calls, understand our ICP well, do research around product features, etc.

We believe that deploying existing models (open source and proprietary) in production and delivering real business value to our customers is 10x more important than hyperparameter tuning or the latest algorithm implementation. While we'd love to entertain experienced ML data scientists, the emphasis on MLOps is as much as it is on experimentation.

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in iOS Application Development
2. Proficient with iOS SDK, Swift and Cocoa Touch
3. Understanding of Apple's design principles and interface guidelines
4. Must have already deployed at least one app on AppStore
5. Working knowledge of Web Services & REST (JSON) APIs, SQLite, Google API
6. Integration, Firebase
7. Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications
8. Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
9. Strong mobile UI design and implementation experience
10. Understanding of code versioning tools
