Role Description
We are looking for a passionate Full Stack Engineer with hands-on experience in the MERN stack, Firebase, and Next.js to join our dynamic team. You will play a critical role in developing and optimizing our AI-driven platform, collaborating with a team of innovators to create impactful marketing automation solutions.
This position is open for on-site candidates in Jaipur and remote candidates who share our vision and enthusiasm for building world-class products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, React.js, Node.js).
- Integrate Firebase for authentication, database management, and real-time updates.
- Work with Next.js for server-side rendering and optimized front-end development.
- Collaborate on AI integration using tools like LangChain and LangGraph (a plus).
- Participate in end-to-end development, from architecture to deployment.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code for performance and scalability.
- Contribute to product innovation by sharing ideas and insights with the team.
Qualifications
Must-Have:
- 1+ years of hands-on experience with the MERN stack and Firebase.
- Experience with NextJs for front-end development.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good-to-Have:
- Familiarity with LangChain and LangGraph.
- Knowledge of AI-based tools and workflows.
Soft Skills:
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team setting.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
