About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Mobile & Full Stack Engineer with 5–8 years of experience whocan build high-quality mobile applications for iOS and Android while also contributing to enterprise-grade web applications, backend systems, and databases.

This role is ideal for a product-minded engineer who enjoys working across the stack and is comfortable contributing to multiple products and AI-driven systems. Our engineering culture emphasizes ownership, adaptability, and end-to-end problem solving over strict

Key Responsibilities

● Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications for iOS and Android . React Native focused app development. Flutter, Native experience will be an added advantage.

● Collaborate on full-stack enterprise web applications, including frontend, backend, anddatabase layers.

● Build and integrate backend services, APIs, and AI/ML-powered agents into applications.

● Participate in system design discussions and contribute to scalable, secure architectures.

● Work closely with product managers, designers, and AI teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

● Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code across platforms.

● Review code, mentor team members, and promote engineering best practices.

● Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.

Required Technical Skills

● 5–8 years of professional software development experience.

● Strong experience in mobile application development for both iOS and Android.

● Hands-on experience with cross-platform frameworks such as React Native .

● Experience with native iOS (Swift) and/or Android (Kotlin/Java) is a plus.

● Solid experience in backend development using Node.js, Python, Java, or similar technologies.

● Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL.

● Good understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).

● Experience with enterprise web application development.

● Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

● Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and modern DevOps practices.

AI & System Mindset

Experience working with AI-powered systems is a strong plus. Candidates should be comfortable integrating AI agents, third-party APIs, and automation workflows into applications, and should demonstrate curiosity and adaptability toward emerging AI technologies.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Experience with multithreading programming and mobile memory management.
• Experience with open source libraries like Retrofit, RxJava, Dagger 2, Lottie.

• Experience in Javascript/React JS/Flutter is a plus.
• Bonus points for open-source contributions, side-projects, blog posts, and YT tech videos.

• BS in Computer Science (or related field)
• 4-5 years of relevant work experience

• Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes
• Kotlin, Java
• Important libraries include Dagger, RxJava, Realm
• MVVM Clean Architecture
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services
• Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
• Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
• Knowledge of the open-source Android ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
• Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications
• A knack for benchmarking and optimization
• Understanding of Google’s Android design principles and interface guidelines
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git

Android Services, System service and framework development, Broadcast using Java, Kotlin, C++ (Mandatory)

Experience in AOSP build setup & understanding of Android.bp, gradle, Android.mk (Mandatory)

IPC mechanism in Android: AIDL, JNI, HIDL, Socket Communication (Mandatory)

Experience in Android application development using Java & Kotlin (Mandatory)

Custom UI component development & understanding of MVVM architecture (Mandatory)

Flexible in customizing AOSP for product branding (Good to have)

RESTful service integration, Multithreading ,Message queueing (Good to have)
