Job Responsibilities:

 

• Oversight of recruitment delivery and operations. Partner closely with the business teams to ensure sourcing and hiring strategies are aligned with People’s strategies.
• Use industry knowledge and experience to identify and attract the best talent in technical or business baseline.
• Determining current hiring needs and producing forecasts
• Develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies 
• Create, organize, and implement new and enhanced recruiting and selection processes/tools to drive efficiency and improve the quality of hires
• Develop and oversee innovative sourcing strategies to attract talent from non-traditional and/or diverse talent pools
• Actively leverage a network/user group base to promote the brand and tap into potential talent. 
• Plan procedures for improving the candidate experience
• Suggest measures for improving employee retention 

 

The ideal candidate must have-

 

• At least 6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or similar TA role - Experience in Tech hiring is a big plus.
• Experience in hiring for Start-ups is a must.
• In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing.
• Experience with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools

Roles & Responsibilities

•  Development using .net core
•  Requirement understanding and getting on client calls
•  Work closely with the nearshore developer
•  Perform code reviews and unit testing as planned
•  Participate in peer reviews.

Must have

•  Strong knowledge on C#, .net core 5 and Entity Framework
•  Knowledge on PostgreSQL
•  Web API, building Microsoft .NET-based web or Enterprise applications
•  Experience in building and consuming Asp.NET MVC & Web API or REST API  using 
• jQuery, JSON, AJAX, Asp.net Web Services.

Good to have

•  Knowledge on Docker and Kubernetes
•  Knowledge on AutoMapper

What will you need to succeed 

• Working knowledge of XML, JAVA, REST, SOAP etc
• Basic knowledge of SQL, including the ability to author ad-hoc database queries.
• Is comfortable writing code in Ruby, Python, JavaScript, and Java and enjoys learning new languages and technologies.
• Has experience integrating  APIs (major plus)
• Experienced integrating RESTful APIs into web applications (a plus)
• Is experienced with Github or the likes.
• Should have worked on Payment Gateway Applications.

• Has a technical degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Mathematics (MBA is an asset)
• Technical Product/Software certifications an asset
• Has 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar client-facing role
• Has previous experience in a traditional software engineering or Implementation role.
• Has strong analytical and debugging skills.
• Experienced with Salesforce is a plus
