About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Software Developer to join our team, responsible for developing and maintaining a robust ERP solution used by approximately 400 customers and over 30,000 users worldwide. The system is built using C# (.NET Core), leverages SQL Server for data management, and is hosted in the Microsoft Azure cloud.

This role offers the opportunity to work on a mission-critical product, contribute to architectural decisions, and help shape the future of our cloud-native ERP platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain features and modules within the ERP system using C# (.NET Core)
• Optimise and manage SQL Server database interactions for performance and scalability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA, DevOps, Product Management, and Support
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical planning
• Contribute to the adoption and improvement of CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices
• Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements where applicable

Qualifications

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

· Design, Code, test, debug, implement and document complex WSO2 sequences.

· Monitoring and logging tool stacks - Splunk/ELK/Prometheus, Grafana 4 Design, Code, test, debug, implement and document complex WSO2 sequences.

· Perform Build activities for WSO2 ESB Middleware integration, involves writing XSLT, ESB coding, configuration, and Analysis activities.

· Trouble shooting various problems in different stages of development using logs files, Traces and Log Analyzer.

· Responsible for understanding the requirement, solution design, coordinate the development and testing activities (end to end)

· Guide the team regarding WSO2 platform best practices, framework, reusable artefacts and ensure code quality and timely deliverables.

· Work with functional and technical customers to determine solutions that drive additional business value.

· Work with Github, Azure Devops and CI tools to automate dev, build, deployment and testing.

· Good knowledge in messaging brokers: WSO2 Message Broker, Apache Kafka.

· Monitoring the server (Monitoring logs and WSO2 metrics).

· Candidate must have minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in WSO2, preferably with WSO2 certification.

· Extensive experience in Integration by using WSO2 Product Stack (API Manager 2.6/3.x, Enterprise Integrator 6.5 and Identity Server 5.7.0)

· Experience in Implementing APIs in WSO2 EI and On-boarding APIs into WSO2 API Manager

· Experience in WSO2 API Manager for designing API facades and designing and implementing API Proxies.

· Hands-on experience in designing and developing high volume web services using API Protocols and Data Formats (REST, JSON, SOAP & XML).

· Must have hands on experience / knowledge with CI tools to automate dev, build, deploy.

· Experience in programming languages: Java, JavaScript, Python

· Experience in on boarding web applications into WSO2 Identity Server for authentication and authorizatio

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, or a related four-year degree.

• 4 years of hands on experience in Integration

• Experience in Core Java 5.0 and above, CXF, Spring. 
• Extensive experience in developing enterprise-scale n-tier applications for financial domain. Should possess good architectural knowledge and be aware of enterprise application design patterns. 
• Should have the ability to analyze, design, develop and test complex, low-latency client-facing applications. 
• Good Experience into Microservices , Data structures , Oops , Algorithms, multithreading etc 
• Good development experience with RDBMS, preferably Sybase database. 
• Good knowledge of multi-threading and high-volume server-side development. 
• Experience in sales and trading platforms in investment banking/capital markets. 
• Basic working knowledge of Unix/Linux. 
• Experience into High /Low level designing. 
• Excellent problem solving and coding skills in Java. 
• Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills. 
• Should have the ability to express their design ideas and thoughts. 

We are looking to hire a Full-time, Remote (India) Backend engineer with a flair for writing full stack code to help create a SAAS product from the ground up in a niche industry.
This will be the v2.0 of an existing legacy platform with paying customers. This position is within the first few hires in the founding team of the revamped company.

Experience -

At least 3 to 4 years building scalable SAAS applications in the cloud. It would be great to showcase anything progressive. Education from premier institutions, git contributions, tech blogs, volunteering, pet projects, etc.

Responsibilities -
- Architect, write, deploy and own the (SAAS) product from a technical standpoint working closely with other devs on the team
- Create and deliver the product end-to-end all the way to the user
- Write highly performant code and continuously measure performance and make the application better based on benchmarks
- Debug production issues and keep the application quality high always
- Assist with hiring more people when the team grows
- Pick up any appropriate work as in any early-stage company

General Skills Needed -

- Should be able to build and deploy multi-tenant SAAS applications end to end
- Need to have a technology-agnostic mindset. Should be able to easily pick up any new technology based on the use case.
- Should be an expert software craftsman/craftswoman. Must own the code and be proud of what you build.
- Write well thought out, well-tested code with extensive unit tests and integration tests so that the addition of future features is easy.
- Must know cloud deployment concepts and be comfortable creating and maintaining cost-effective cloud deployment strategies. AWS experience highly preferred.
- Must be able to design and architect simple, market-tested yet highly scalable solutions
- Must be able to quickly iterate and produce working software at a high speed. Must not be shy to scrap and rebuild when there is a need
- Must be appreciative of documentation and write well-documented code and technical documentation alongside

Technical Skills Needed -
- Expert level knowledge in Python and Django. We are a Python/Django/Javascript/ReactJs/AWS shop.
- Must have good knowledge/experience in creating cost-efficient and scalable cloud deployments (AWS preferred)
- Must have good knowledge of industry-standard design patterns and tools
- Must have a good understanding of various frameworks on authentication and authorization, billing and metrics
- Some experience in data analytics and reporting - creating reports based on the data collected and deliver to the frontend
- Expertise with Frameworks
