Position Overview:

We are looking for a creative and motivated Graphic Designer Intern who is passionate about visual storytelling and eager to leverage AI-powered design tools. This internship is ideal for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in creating social media content, marketing materials, presentations, and digital assets while working with modern AI design workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging graphics for social media, websites, presentations, and marketing campaigns
• Use AI design tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, or similar platforms to generate and enhance creative concepts
• Design carousel posts, infographics, banners, advertisements, and other digital content
• Assist in creating simple animations, motion graphics, and animated social media content
• Develop visual concepts that align with brand guidelines and project objectives
• Edit and optimize images, illustrations, and layouts for various platforms
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to produce high-quality creative assets
• Stay updated with emerging AI design trends and creative technologies

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma
• Familiarity with AI tools for design and content creation
• Basic knowledge of animation and motion design using Adobe After Effects, Canva Animation, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
• Creative thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field
• Portfolio showcasing design projects, academic work, freelance work, or personal creative projects
• Interest in AI-driven creative workflows and emerging design technologies.

Strong Data Scientist/Machine Learnings/ AI Engineer Profile

Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Scientist or Machine Learning Engineer building ML models

Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have strong expertise in Python with the ability to implement classical ML algorithms including linear regression, logistic regression, decision trees, gradient boosting, etc.

Mandatory (Experience 3) – Must have hands-on experience in minimum 2+ usecaseds out of recommendation systems, image data, fraud/risk detection, price modelling, propensity models

Mandatory (Experience 4) – Must have strong exposure to NLP, including text generation or text classification (Text G), embeddings, similarity models, user profiling, and feature extraction from unstructured text

Mandatory (Experience 5) – Must have experience productionizing ML models through APIs/CI/CD/Docker and working on AWS or GCP environments

Mandatory (Company) – Must be from product companies, Avoid candidates from financial domains (e.g., JPMorgan, banks, fintech)

Skills required

·      Certified in Google Analytics (any popular certifier)

·      A minimum of 4+ years of experience in the web analytics domain

·      Consolidated knowledge of the GA4 platform

·      Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)

·      Good understanding of Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio.

·      Basic knowledge of BigQuery & JavaScript

·      Familiar with HTML, CSS and Javascript, and will have the ability to read, reuse and customise code

·      Advanced understanding of Events Tagging and Custom dimensions.

·      Hands-on experience with data visualization (custom dashboards)

Roles and Responsibilities

·      Responsible for managing our Analytics (G4) and GTM accounts

·      Implementation of highly effective web data analytic solutions

·      Visualize customer behavioral data such as page/path analysis, clickstream, funnel progression, CTA optimization, page/site abandonment, etc.

·      Implement tagging and configuration that ensures data collection is accurate and adequate based on the business needs

In-depth knowledge in the following areas.

·      Determine tracking requirements.

·      Create functional and technical design (Dom Scrapping & Custom HTML) of the tags.

·      Install GTM container tag on the live/staging websites.

·      Create, publish and test tags on the live/staging websites.

·      Able to track the successful form submission.

·      Do regular Tag audits for the live/staging websites.

·      Coordinate with the marketing heads to understand and develop custom reports and dashboards.

·      Create specified digital analytics tagging standards to ensure robust and consistent data capturing.

·      Testing and validating the tracking using various debugging tools.

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Product Manager, we expect you to bring a fresh pair of eyes for both product planning and product marketing. This includes managing the product throughout the Product Lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working to deliver winning products. 

Must Have Background for this Role:

• Min 5-12 years of strong experience in product management role
• Previous experience in Fintech domain 
• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)

Position Brief: Responsible for daily Visiting of Village level Retail outlets and building awareness with Farmers about the Cattle Feed, Feed Supplements & Veterinary Medicines.

Reporting Structure: Position shall reports to Area Manager Sales & Marketing.

KEY RESULT AREAS - Daily

1.      Build awareness and ensure to use Cattle Feed & Feed Supplements with Farmers.

2.      Evaluate Cattle Feed & Feed Supplements potential in the allocated Units Territory.

3.      4 P Analysis (Product, Price, Place & Promotion).

4.      Check Cattle Feed, Feed Supplements & Veterinary Medicines sales under the allocated Units Territory

5.      Milk Procurement Vs Feed & Feed Supplements ratio variation.

6.      Seasonal Variation of Sales Analysis & factors effecting purchase decision of Farmers & Agents.

7.      Marketing Strategy & How to Increase the Market Share of HNL in CF, FS & VM Sales.

8.      Engaging of potential distributor’s - district wise, dealers – Mandal / Taluk wise, sub dealers / Retailers area wise and achieving the budgeted targets.

9.      Any other Job assigned by the Management.
