Requirements:
- Create compelling content, visuals, and messaging for campaigns.
- Lay the foundation for a consistent brand voice and tone, content strategy, and roadmap for regular content execution.
- Continually optimise strategy and content, pull analytic reports showing data on engagement, reach, conversion and deliverables, analyse strategy & content performance, communicate it to the key stakeholders and optimise based on the findings.
- Craft and maintain technical write-ups and educational content on platforms like medium (both long and short form) to help bridge any gaps in understanding.
- Develop editorial calendars and ensure deadlines are met
- Create and oversee the development of creative marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
- Utilize your expertise in digital marketing to plan, optimize, and manage online advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Twitter, and others.
- Analyze campaign performance, gather insights, and make data-driven decisions to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviour to identify new opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and influencers.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 4+ years of proven experience in a marketing role with a track record of successful campaigns and team management.
- Strong understanding of both content strategy, creative campaign development and digital distribution channels.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools, including Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and Twitter Ads.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Creative thinker with the ability to identify and act on new opportunities.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
