Position Overview:
APS Property Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is launching a new platform-based product and is looking for a Head of Marketing to lead its marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience in brand management, digital marketing, and market research within the real estate and technology sectors. Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Leadership:

Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
- Analyze market trends, customer behaviors, and competitors to refine marketing strategies.
- Identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
Sales & Public Relations Support:
- Develop marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive platform sign-ups.
- Manage PR activities to enhance company and product visibility.
- Foster partnerships to increase market reach and credibility.
Performance & Budget Management:
- Monitor key marketing metrics and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
- Manage the marketing budget efficiently to support strategic initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in marketing,
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, growth marketing, and brand strategy.
- Experience launching and scaling platform-based products is highly preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to drive user acquisition, sales growth, and brand development.
- Experience in the real estate and technology industries is a plus.

Business Planning: Analyze macro environment trends, consumer behaviors, internal business imperatives, industry scenario
to conceptualize channel wise volume projections

Portfolio Planning: Analyze industry trends, market competitiveness of products and SKUs, consumer requirements etc. to
identify gaps in the current brand portfolio
Brand Communication, Development and Execution: Prepare communication brief detailing the need for category
communication, priority market and target segment for the communication
Media Activation: Plan & execute yearly budget spends and campaigns to achieve the targeted top line
Consumer Promotion : Build & implement new strategies to activate target market. Implementation of new strategies to
increase brand reach by analysing various customer touchpoints
Demand Planning: Working with cross-functional teams for demand & forecast planning.
· Consumer Insights driven marketer with a keen understanding of consumer trends/sentiment
· 5-7 yrs of Brand Marketing experience in FMCG/E-commerce/Electronics/Lifestyle experience
· Build cultural, category & competition learnings for a better innovation pipeline/market-specific communication
· Able to link strong customer insights to clear marketing actionables with measurable ROI
· Sound knowledge of Channel media mix- Conceptualization & end to end implementation is a must.
· Able to independently devise marketing calendars with actionables for multiple categories
· Has a proven track record of strong brand credentials having built credible reputation for the brand in digital ecosystems
· Able to Independently manage advertising/agencies
· Partner with the marketing and creative team to provide insights and strategic direction.
· Lead creation of communication briefs, basis the identified insights
· Own campaign assessments and feedback loop for improvements/course corrections
· Sound knowledge of Research including Brand Track, its implications etc
• Manage the brands wise spending within the approved P&L parameters.
• Manager the full execution of the brand launch with sales & local agencies.
• Develop/implement the necessary control parameters to measure launch success/failure.
• Manage MRTG technical expertise function.
• Conduct monthly/quarterly/annual reviews of the business performance on-going.
• Assign/manage BTL agencies to conduct in-market activation programs. • Leading the activation of products across all retailers. • Ensure that all brand activities are completed on time and in full and within agreed budget • Track sales and recommend support/ corrective action plans. • Monitor all brand elements - advertising, product, packaging, pricing, cost etc. • Regularly screen competitor portfolio and monitor market trends • Review all brand / market data (sales audit, competition, distribution, etc.) – to detect areas of weakness / strength and recommend corrective actions.
