Role Overview

We are seeking an Integration Architect with strong expertise in Adobe Workfront and enterprise integration technologies. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in designing, architecting, and implementing integration solutions across diverse platforms. This role demands both strategic architecture capabilities and hands-on implementation experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement integration architecture solutions involving Adobe Workfront and other enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, Collaboration tools, etc.).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and efficient integration designs.
• Lead the end-to-end integration lifecycle — from planning, design, development, testing to deployment.
• Define and enforce integration standards, best practices, and governance frameworks.
• Optimize workflows and automate business processes leveraging Workfront APIs, Fusion, and connected tools.
• Troubleshoot complex integration issues and ensure smooth data synchronization between systems.
• Mentor developers and integration engineers, providing technical guidance and architectural direction.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including application developers, infrastructure, and business operations.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of total experience in Integration Architecture, Design, and Development.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront, including Workfront Fusion and Workfront APIs.
• Strong understanding of integration patterns, middleware, and API management (REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, event-driven architecture).
• Experience with tools such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Azure Integration Services, or similar is a plus.
• Proficient in cloud-based integration (preferably Adobe Cloud, Azure, or AWS).
• Excellent knowledge of authentication, authorization, and security frameworks (OAuth, SSO, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Good to Have

• Exposure to Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem.
• Familiarity with Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) processes.
