REQUIREMENTS: ● 1-2 years in outbound focused sales position desired; customer-oriented background required (sales, support, customer service) in B2B preferably ● Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ● The ability to generate leads independently. ● Willingness to learn and apply the fundamentals of the MEDDIC Sales process approach ● Great to have-Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and/or Computer Vision ● Knowledge of the AI industry and emerging technologies
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: ● Prospecting: As a SDR you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying high potential customers via cold calling, networking, e-mail, as well as utilizing Internet information sources to build and maintain a lead development pipeline. ● Lead Nurturing: You will follow up with qualified leads and build a relationship with them, answering their questions and providing helpful information to move them closer to a buying decision. ● Sales Enablement: You will work closely with the sales team to understand their needs and help them be more effective in closing deals. This can involve creating sales collateral, providing market insights, and organizing training sessions. ● Data Management: You’ll be responsible for keeping accurate and up-to-date records of all their activities and interactions with potential customers. This data is used to inform the sales process and improve overall performance. ● Pipeline Management: You will be managing the pipeline of leads and ensuring that it is always full of high-quality prospects.

JD for Business Development Executive
Work Timing: 10.30 AM to 7.30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Friday.
Work Location: Chennai
Roles and Responsibilities:
1.Cold Calling, and setting up appointments, lead Generation.
2.Contact potential customers via outbound telephone calls and cold calling for the purpose of selling products and services
3.Maintain a pipeline of qualified, prospective clients
Follow up with clients. Keep a track of potential customers and their requirements.
4.Assist and guide customers with all the required knowledge of the services.
5.Sending proposals and following up for Projects
6.Ensure the premium level of client satisfaction in one phone call.
Meeting monthly and quarterly targets.
Required Candidate profile
Desired Candidate Profile:
1.1-3 years of experience in B2B Sales,Corporates with good communications
2.Should have sound knowledge on IT Technologies
3.Good Excellent written and oral communication.

Outline of the responsibilities
- Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:
- Utilise Pipedrive, cold calling, LinkedIn and email to generate new sales opportunities
- Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives
- Report to sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of sales experience, with a history of exceeding lead targets
- Strong communication skills via phone and email
- Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
- Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
- Experience in prospecting in US market
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency with Pipedrive or other CRM software
- Prior experience as a sales and business development rep with a track record of achieving sales quotes
- Daily coordination with consultant / clinic head basis of the treatment advised by them.
- Helps patient to understand the value of treatment (Convincing patient to commit to treatment)
- Explain the tariff of the respective procedures/investigations to patients in detail and upselling the packages
- Maintain counselor reports daily (Advice, Conversion and Patient-wise data).
- Coordinating with finance department (Invoices, Getting Discount Approval, Billing).
- Establishing a tone of empathy that helps to resolve any patient complaints or conflicts.
- Follow up with patients at all stages.
- Doctor for life - Responsible for long term relationship management with the patient.
