About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Professional to drive business development and partnerships in the sustainability domain. The role focuses on Post-Consumer Recycled (PCR) plastics and Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) compliance solutions, engaging with leading FMCG, packaging, textiles, and manufacturing companies.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Identify and acquire new B2B clients across FMCG, consumer goods, packaging, textiles, and industrial sectors.

🔹 Drive sales of PCR plastics and sustainable packaging solutions.

🔹 Develop pricing strategies, negotiate contracts, and achieve sales & margin targets.

🔹 Build and expand partnerships for EPR compliance services (collection, recycling, documentation).

🔹 Support clients in meeting EPR targets with end-to-end solutions (collection, recycling, certification, reporting).

🔹 Develop and execute marketing & branding campaigns to promote sustainable solutions.

🔹 Represent the company at trade shows, industry forums, and sustainability events.

🔹 Track market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience

✅ Graduate in Business, Marketing, Environmental Sciences, or Engineering (MBA preferred).

✅ 5–10 years of sales/marketing experience in recycling, plastics, packaging, or sustainability sectors.

✅ Strong knowledge of EPR regulations, PCR plastics, and compliance frameworks.

✅ Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building corporate relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Development and maintenance of automatic regression tests suites used in the product delivery process
• Development and maintenance of testing frameworks supporting the automatic regression testing
• Management and tracking of automatic regression test suite execution
• You will own some or all of a product/feature. You will also mentor others, read and review code, maintain code, deploy code, and tune the performance of systems.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• We’re looking for 2 - 4 years of experience. However, the number is irrelevant if you have the necessary skills.
• Strong proficiency in Java, J2EE, JDBC, Spring MVC & Boot, Hibernate, PL/SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and JQuery, Ajax
• Good exposure to RESTful API concept and JSON
• Experience with cloud-based technologies such as AWS.
• Proficient understanding of development tools such as SVN, GIT
• Good communication skills with proficiency in English (Oral and Writing) / banking knowledge.

Basic Qualifications

● Experience: 4+ years.

• Strong working experience in tools related to Application Lifecycle Management, like Microsoft TFS
• Should have hands-on working experience in CICD (Continuous Integration Continuous Deployment) practices
• Strong be expertise in handling software builds & release mgmt. activities in Dotnet based environment / Java environment
• Strong skills in Perl or PowerShell or in any other scripting/automation/programming language
• Should have exposure to various build environments like dotNet, Java
