Role Description

The B2B Sales Manager / Lead is responsible for driving revenue growth through the development and execution of effective sales strategies. Diagnose and troubleshoot concerns 

1. Often customers may not know where the issue lies - so ask simple, accurate and complete data inputs to understand the problem and get started with root cause analysis and resolution.
