Job Description:

Hiring for Senior Salesforce ServiceMax Consultant

Experience : 8+ Years

Location: Remote(Contract)

Salesforce Admin certification, ServiceMax 101 and ServiceMax 201 certifications required.

8+ years working in Salesforce ServiceMax Administrator and a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices Salesforce ServiceMax & Service Cloud experience is required.

Experience on full-cycle implementation of ServiceMax Experience on designing solutions within the ServiceMax platform and Salesforce Salesforce analytics configuration experience is required Salesforce flow configuration experience is required Understand data integrations between various enterprise applications (e.g. SAP).

Experience with JIRA Projects and Service Management system is desirable. Proven experience with developing and implementing ServiceMax solutions such as Depot Repair and Factory Repair processes.

Hands-on experience building SFMs, Inventory management, Preventative Maintenance, Work Execution Hands-on Experience with Contracts, Warranties, Entitlements Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the legal department.
• Provide legal advice to the board, senior management, and various departments on corporate matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Ensure the company complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Represent the organization in legal proceedings, arbitrations, or negotiations; manage external legal counsel when required.
• Monitor changes in legislation and assess their impact on the business.
• Handle legal aspects of mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and other strategic deals.
• Manage legal risks and develop policies and procedures to reduce potential exposure.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM).
• Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience, preferably with exposure to corporate and commercial law.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and support business growth while ensuring legal integrity.

Responsibilities :

• Build efficient, testable, and reusable PHP modules.
• Manage Laravel web framework to design and build web applications, services, sites, and tools.
• Troubleshooting issues in the implementation and debug builds. 
• Working with front-end and back-end developers on projects. 
• Testing functionality for users and the backend. 
• Ensuring that integrations run smoothly.
• Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache) and UI/UX design

What you need to have:

We are looking for a dynamic & independent Lead Generation Executive who can be Fresher or professional with experience in outbound calls. The ideal candidate should have at least 0-1 year of experience in outbound/inbound calls.

Skills Required

• Any graduate fresher or with a  minimum of 1 Year of previous experience in calling.
• Candidates with excellent communication skills

• Exposure to international cold calling/ lead generation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Making outbound calls and following up on inquiries.
• Engage in intelligent conversation with customers and provide them with the products and services.
• Cultivate prospects till they become qualified to lead.
• Candidates will be required to deal with USA prospects.
• Generating leads via cold calling, emailing, and other lead generation techniques.
• Achieving weekly and monthly sales targets by identifying and accomplishing new customers.
• Should be able to work independently - end-to-end in sales/revenue targets.

Working days: Monday to Saturday
