Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Business Development Associate to join our Sales team. The role involves connecting with prospective learners, understanding their career goals, counselling them on suitable programs, and converting qualified leads into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective learners through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and virtual meetings.
• Understand learner needs and recommend suitable programs.
• Explain programs, mentorship, projects, and career outcomes.
• Manage leads, conduct follow-ups, and handle queries/objections.
• Drive enrollments and achieve revenue and collection targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and coordinate learner onboarding.

Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience in BDA, Inside Sales, Academic Counselling, Admissions, or B2C Sales.
• Freshers with strong communication and a sales-oriented mindset are welcome.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• EdTech/Education Sales experience is preferred.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
