• API Development: You are proficient in building and consuming RESTful APIs and familiar with GraphQL.
• Database Experience: You have hands-on experience with non-relational databases such as MongoDB (experience with MongoDB Atlas is a plus) or DynamoDB.
• Cloud Enthusiast: You are eager to work with cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Familiarity with serverless architectures and microservices is a bonus.
• Version Control & Collaboration: You are proficient with Git and have experience in collaborative workflows using platforms like GitHub or GitLab.
• Modern Tooling: You are familiar with bundlers and build tools, such as Webpack, Vite, or Rollup, as well as automation tools like PM2 or Docker.

What will you be doing?

• Develop Cutting-Edge Applications: You will build and maintain high-quality web applications using Next.js, React, and Node.js.
• Full Ownership: You will manage the entire software development lifecycle—from ideation and refinement of tasks to deploying code in production environments.
• Maintain Code Quality: You will ensure code is maintainable and scalable through comprehensive documentation and automated testing practices.
• Optimise Performance: You will evaluate designs for performance bottlenecks and implement solutions to enhance scalability, latency, security, and data integrity.
• Cloud Infrastructure: You will provision and manage cloud infrastructure components, including storage solutions, web servers, and databases on platforms like AWS or Azure.

• 4-6 years of proven experience as a Full stack engineer
• 2+ years of Blockchain development experience in Hyperledger Fabric, IPFS and development of smart contracts in Golang.
• Good understanding of multiple Blockchain platforms such as Hyperledger Fabric, Quorum, Ethereum etc
• Experience in Java, JavaScript Experience in developing and designing RESTful services and APIs
• Experience in Microservices architecture
• Sound knowledge on Docker and Kubernetes applications
• Experience in Banking, Financial and Fintech domain is an added advantage
• Familiarity with Blockchain protocols is a plus
• Knowledge of Agile development environment is preferable
• Ability to work within a fast-paced, collaborative environment and handling multiple projects

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Procurement & Operations Executive to oversee vendor management, procurement, inventory control, event coordination, and school partnerships. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, event planning expertise, and experience handling tenders and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement & Vendor Management:

• Source, negotiate, and manage vendors for book printing and other procurement needs.
• Ensure timely and quality delivery of printed materials and essential products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers.

Event & Fair Management:

• Plan and execute participation in book fairs, exhibitions, and educational events.
• Manage stall setup, visitor engagement, and on-ground event operations.
• Oversee event logistics, inventory, and promotional materials.
• Prepare post-event reports and performance evaluations.

School & Field Visits:

• Visit schools to build partnerships and promote Bynaric Systems' offerings.
• Engage with educators and administrators to present products and services.
• Identify and secure new collaboration opportunities.

Tender Management & Documentation:

• Identify relevant tenders and manage end-to-end submission processes.
• Prepare accurate documentation and ensure compliance with tender requirements.
• Maintain a database of past submissions and results for future reference.

Inventory & Logistics Management:

• Maintain accurate records of inventory, including books and educational materials.
• Optimize storage solutions for efficiency and safety.
• Coordinate logistics for deliveries, pickups, and returns.
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.

Customer Engagement & Calls:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to orders and inquiries.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.

General Operations & Field Work:

• Perform fieldwork related to operational or marketing activities.
• Ensure smooth execution of ad hoc tasks and projects assigned by management.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Procurement Efficiency: Timely sourcing and quality delivery of materials.
• Event Success: Effective participation in book fairs, exhibitions, and school visits.
• School Partnerships: Growth in the number of active school collaborations.

• Experience as a SAP Consultant with at least one end-to-end SAP implementation project.

• Hands on experience in the requirements gathering/ fit-gap, design/blueprinting and configuration/customization phase of SAP transformation programs.

• Deep understanding of business processes as well as good knowledge of technical issues in the area of financial modules.

• Very good command of English.

• Responsible for driving customer excellence & bringing the customer perspective to all business decisions
• Work with cross-functional teams (business, product, design, content, marketing etc.) and wear the hat of the customer to constructively challenge the teams and to develop a customer-first mindset and implement customer focused strategies
• Own and drive the overall NPS metric for Zolve
• Consistently scan the market for best practices, best in class journeys, best in class customer delighter elements etc. and own market intelligence from a customer experience perspective
• Understand the competitive landscape and be an expert on our competition and how they are positioned
• Obtain insights into customers’ usage of current products, untapped opportunities and customer personas, through interviews, surveys, and sales data
• Collaborate with product management and marketing communications to develop product positioning and messaging that resonate with our target customer personas.
• Serve as a customer evangelist within the organization
