Key Responsibilities

Execute comprehensive manual test cases for our e-commerce platform

Design and implement automated test scripts using Selenium or Playwright

Work with AI-based testing tools to enhance testing efficiency and coverage

Identify, document, and track bugs throughout the testing lifecycle

Collaborate with developers and product managers to resolve issues

Participate in sprint planning and review meetings

Create and maintain testing documentation

Requirements

Minimum 2+ years of hands-on software testing experience

Strong manual testing skills with attention to detail

Experience with test automation frameworks (Selenium or Playwright)

Familiarity with AI-based testing tools and approaches

Understanding of e-commerce platforms and their testing requirements

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Experience with agile testing methodologies

Note: Completion of the practical assessment tasks is mandatory for all candidates as we prioritize demonstrated skills and hands-on experience.

• Highly proficient in JavaScript and Typescript, PassportJs, Sequelize.
• Working knowledge of Node.js frameworks such as ExpressJs, SailsJs, VueJs and  ElectronJs.
• Good understanding of server-side templating languages such as Jade, EJS, Mustache etc.
• Good understanding of server-side CSS preprocessors such as Stylus, Less,Sass etc.
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML5, and CSS3
• Sound knowledge of Testing frameworks such as Mocha, Chai, Jasmine, Cucumber etc.
• Experience of writing unit, integration and E2E tests.

• Build reports/dashboards in accordance to the user requirement and test/deliver as per the project plan.
• Provide estimates and contribute to defining timelines and project plans
• Support requirements gathering of the end-to-end solution development for SAP BW/4/HANA report development.
• Provide business expertise and best practice advise for Analysis for Office (AFO) tool
• Provide subject matter advice in the development of BW/4HANA Deliverables.​
• Assist project team with draft of functional specifications for Standard SAP BW/4HANA data models and views.​
• Support technical configurations, and build of the application, source management, change management and/or technical delivery components.​
• Work with project management to document and communicate risks and issues.  
• Read data from multiple data sources and transform, enrich, and aggregate data for an efficient presentation in an enterprise environment
• Work with onshore, offshore and 3rd party development teams to ensure coding, testing, debugging, and implementation activities are completed as required
• Ensure alignment to Sun Life SDLC and internal standards and compliance
• Transition projects and enhancements to Operations
• Support our operational team as needed with problem analysis, resolution, escalation, and reporting
• Collaborate closely with our internal teams (e.g. data architects, designers, business to business, business intelligence/reporting, server management, etc.) to deliver solutions for business needs.

Role: D365 CE / CRM Developer

Experience: 3-7 years

Location: Hyderabad (Initially remote)

You will need to:

• Configure and customize Dynamics 365.
• Have a strong understanding on one of these 3 areas Sales, Service, Marketing & Field Service.
• Possess strong know how on the Microsoft Biz apps data model to perform end to end architectural design and review.
• Pose an in-depth understanding of the Dynamics capabilities to fit business logic inside Dynamics 365 in a seamless way to attain customer requirement with no adverse impact.
• Be a good coder and a reviewer to ensure the customization code quality is at the highest level possible and comply to the Organization standard.
• Be a hands-on coder to build POC on-the-fly and should be able to present to the customers.
• Be responsible for building custom applications, modifications, integrations, data conversion routines and custom reports.
• Provide technical support for project life cycle.

You must have:

• 3-7 years of experience in design, development, and delivery across the Dynamics 365 CRM landscape.
• Proficiency in developing, customizing, integrating, deploying, and supporting multi-channel Dynamics 365 CRM systems.
• Experience with the use of the Dynamics 365 CRM SDK.
• Absolute know-how of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Platform, its capability, its data model, security/ access control, web services and other integration approach.
• Strong knowledge on Canvas Model Driven Apps and common data service (CDS).
• Strong .NET framework and C# development experience including CRM API, REST and SOAP.
• Hands on experience in server-side coding, workflows, Java scripts & plugins.
• Strong designing skills around HTMS, CSS etc.
• Strong experience on SQL Server database, Integration services & reporting services.
• Knowledge on leveraging cloud infrastructure

You may have:

• Knowledge of Power Platform usage is a big plus with experience on Power Apps & Power Automate.
• Strong experience on ADO.NET, ASP.NET, WCF & Workflow foundation.
• Strong knowledge on Model Driven Apps and common data service (CDS).
• Knowledge on Data Volume metric analysis, database tuning, detecting bottleneck will be a plus.

Desired qualifications and skills:

• Graduate Degree (B.E/ B.Tech, BCA)
• Microsoft certification for Dynamics 365 CRM would be an added advantage.
• Excellent business communication skills with effective presentation and demonstration skills.

Responsibilities: 

As a backend developer you would be responsible for:   

• Executing full lifecycle software development
• Architect and conceptualise the solution from initiation to completion meeting client requirements 
• Work with customer and their integration partners to ensure the product is well integrated 
• Programming well-designed, testable and efficient code 
• Develop flowcharts, layouts and documentation to identify requirements and solutions 
• Work with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering and ML team) to craft custom solutions 
• Ensure clients change requests are addressed effectively in a timely manner 

Requirements:  

• 2+ years of experience in architecture and developing high performance web applications
• In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment)
• Strong NoSQL and/or SQL database design and query writing skills with a commitment to performance and efficiency 
• Knowledge of RESTful API and SOAP Webservices paradigms 
• Experience with CRM/ERPs like systems SAP, Oracle, SalesForce, Servicenow, Workday, etc. would be a huge plus 
• Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment 
• Superior verbal and written communication skills

• Design, develop and maintain automation framework, system, and functional test suites and contribute to Database platform development.
• Test the product for performance, resiliency, security, scalability, and reliability.
• Fix defects identified via testing in the Database platform.
• Understand the end-to-end configuration, technical dependencies, code paths, and overall behavioral characteristics of the products you test.
• Analyze and understand existing test coverage and test cases, identifying opportunities for redesign, replacement, reusability, and improvement in efficiency and performance.
• Define and inspire changes to our product with our development engineering team based on feedback from tests and customer issues.
• Develop and contribute to internal and external knowledge bases. Be a champion for our customers.

• Strong programming skills (C++, Java, Python, and UI automation tools) and experience in developing automation frameworks and testing tools.
• Working knowledge of SQL and/or CQL.
