The Web 3 & Blockchain Innovation Lab plays a pivotal role in leading the lab strategic vision and

operational excellence, fostering a culture of innovation and learning by doing among students.

This individual is responsible for setting the lab strategic direction, managing a team of stream

leaders, and ensuring the lab success in bridging the gap between academia and industry. As a

thought leader and brand ambassador, the Head of the lab promotes the lab focus areas both

internally and externally, embodying the qualities of leadership and innovation that inspire

students and staff alike.

Key Responsibilities:

* Vision and Strategy:

* Develop and communicate a clear vision for the Innovation Labs, aligning with

* the institution strategic objectives.

* Set strategic goals for the lab, including defining key areas of focus, innovation

    strategies, and research priorities.

* Ensure the lab activities contribute to the broader academic and research

   missions of the institution.

Innovation Lab - Industry Interface:

* Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, facilitating collaborations that enhance the lab's research and innovation projects.

* Serve as a key liaison between the lab and academic departments, promoting interdisciplinary industry relevant research and learning opportunities.

* Lead initiatives to secure funding, sponsorship, and partnerships that support the lab's activities and growth.

* Brand Ambassador and Thought Leadership:

* Act as a brand ambassador and thought leader, representing the Innovation Labs at conferences, seminars, and public forums.

Skills and Qualifications :

* Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration) or equivalent experience in innovation management.

* Proven leadership experience in managing research or innovation labs, particularly in an academic or similar setting.

* Deep technical expertise in multiple blockchain platforms, smart contracts, DeFi & dApps, Web 3 libraries/frameworks and cryptography. Should be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of the benefits decentralization.

* Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.

Job title: Technical PM & Solution Architect - Digital Acceleration

Responsibilities:
• Lead Upfront discovery and design for end to end technology architecture (E.g. though not limited to Web, Mobile, CRM, Inventory management, Customer management, Logistics),
• Defining, translating and delivering business vision for the digital journey the organization will be undertaking
• Actively lead the definition and evolution of the solution architecture
• oversee selection/ implementation of new components/applications,
• Identify and ensure all integration touch points of the applications,
• Enhance architecture / governance processes and drive agile innovation with an eye to scale.
• Create a Service oriented architecture
• Leading the technical design process coordinating the various stakeholders towards an agreed solution.
• Providing support to program manager through developing estimates, and dependencies to meet program outcomes.

Product Designer (UI) responsibilities include gathering user requirements, designing graphics elements, and building navigation components. Ultimately, you’ll create both functional and appealing features that address our consumers/clients’ needs and help us grow our customer base. 

Responsible for:

• Design Websites (using Webflow/Figma) and Design Products(UX, UI)
• Rapidly ideate and validate designs through sketches, prototypes, and testing.
• Determine the information architecture and flows for your product features.

• Work closely with Engineering to ensure a high-quality implementation and user experience.
