Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in real estate sales, with a track record of success in sales management.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
