I. JOB DETAILS
Position Title:	Senior Developer – Backend
Reports to:	CTO
Company:	Dvara ERegistry
Location:	Hyderabad
II. JOB PURPOSE
To develop, maintain and extend Dvara Registry’s web and app-based core workflows and analytics platform with a view to bringing efficiency to its processes on a continuing basis. Team member will be involved in designing and developing both frontend and backend components.
III.        KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND DELIVERABLES
1.      Development, deployment and maintenance of the backend of web and android applications using Python Django, Flask. 2.      Deployment of web applications on cloud infrastructure for scalable, distributed access. 3.      Version Control of software developed. 4.      Working with business leaders and subject matter experts to understand workflows 5.      Research emerging technologies and maintain awareness of current platform roadmaps to assist with developing strategic plans.
IV.        CANDIDATE PROFILE
Educational	•		B.E/ B Tech ( Computer Sciences) or
Qualifications:	•	Masters Degree in Computer Science/ Applications.
Experience:	•               5-8 Years of Web application development (FullStack) •               Experience with deploying applications on cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS •               Experience in the development of REST APIs and integrating with UI. •               Experience with the Agile/Scrum development model •               Strong experience in code versioning using Git. •               Strong design, development, and implementation experience.
Knowledge/Skills required:		• •	Full stack development using Python, Flask/Django Knowledge in using AWS Cloud
	•	REST API, Microservices Development .
	•	Exposure to databases such as PostGresql and NOSQL
	•	Deployment to cloud services, preferably AWS

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Work with development team to ideate software solutions
2. Design client-side and server-side architecture
3. Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design
4. Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications
5. Designing and developing effective APIs
6. Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
7. Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software
8. Create security and data protection settings
9. Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design

Qualifications & Requirements:

1. At Least 2 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
2. Degree in Computer Science, IT, Statistics or relevant field
3. Experience developing both desktop and mobile applications
4. Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML/ CSS and JavaScript
5. Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as VueJS, React and NodeJS
6. Proficiency with server-side languages such as NodeJS, ExpressJS and Python
7. Knowledge of database technology such as MongoDB, Redis, PostgreSQL
8. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
9. Great attention to detail

Design

·       Design a Service Platform that will serve a large scale of users 

·       Prepare design based on requirements and direction provided by product manager

·       Research and consult with SMEs to ensure the design is most suitable to meet the requirements

·       Present and explain design decisions and gain consensus within in the team

·       Propose UI/UX design decisions that align with requirements and expectations

·       Create any support documentation required for future design updates and validation

Develop

·       Document development plan to implement requirements (Senior)
