The Role

We're looking for a Full Stack Engineer who thrives on building high-performance applications at scale. You'll work across our entire stack—from optimizing PostgreSQL queries on 140M+ records to crafting intuitive React interfaces. This is a high-impact role where your code directly influences how sales teams discover and engage with prospects worldwide.

What You'll Do

• Build and optimize REST APIs using Django REST Framework handling millions of records
• Design and implement complex database queries, indexes, and caching strategies for PostgreSQL
• Develop responsive, high-performance front-end interfaces with Next.js and React
• Implement Redis caching layers and optimize query performance for sub-second response times
• Design and implement smart search/filter systems with complex logic
• Collaborate on data pipeline architecture for processing large datasets
• Write clean, testable code with comprehensive unit and integration tests
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical planning

Required Skills

• 4-7 years of professional experience in full stack development
• Strong proficiency in Python and Django/Django REST Framework
• Expert-level PostgreSQL knowledge: query optimization, indexing, EXPLAIN ANALYZE, partitioning
• Solid experience with Next.js, React, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience with state management (Zustand, Redux, or similar)
• Working knowledge of Redis for caching and session management
• Familiarity with AWS services (RDS, EC2, S3, CloudFront)
• Understanding of RESTful API design principles and best practices
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and agile development workflows

Nice to Have

• Experience with Elasticsearch for full-text search at scale
• Knowledge of data scraping, ETL pipelines, or data enrichment
• Experience with Celery for async task processing
• Familiarity with Tailwind CSS and modern UI/UX practices
• Previous work on B2B SaaS or data-intensive applications
• Understanding of security best practices and anti-scraping measures

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Understand and troubleshoot technology problems and offer solutions

• Hybrid app development in Flutter, with Magento 2 hybrid ecommerce
• Proficiency with fundamental front end languages such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS, React JS, Ionic and Amber.
• Proficiency with server language Java(Spring Framework)
• Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL, Oracle and MongoDB, NoSQL, ElasticSearch and other database technologies.
• English language
• Experience: 3 to 5 years
• Education: software engineer or self-education. Speed, knowledge, and competencies are key factor.
• working days based on UAE calendar/min 20 days per month, working hours 9 AM – 6:30 PM/Ahmedabad time zone

• Must have knowledge in Angular or React frontend and Node JS
• Write reusable, testable, efficient code
• Knowledge of creating front-end applications using HTML5, CSS, and Javascript.
• Candidates should have Knowledge of recent Angular versions and should be comfortable working independently.
• Should have working experience with database modeling, ability to plan DB schema and write queries with ease(MongoDB, MYSQL, Redis)
• Implementation of security and data protection
• Comfortable working with Git/Github
• Ability and willingness to manage multiple projects and tasks.

• Design and develop solutions to complex technical problems spanning the development of product features, quality validation, and deployment to customers
• Build highly scalable web applications that are designed for high performance

• 4+ years of experience building large scalable systems
• Strong experience in agile methodologies and test-driven development (TDD)
• Experience in software development using open source technologies
• Knowledge in domain-driven design, design patterns, and enterprise integration patterns
• Must have experience in delivering software via complete Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipeline

• A history of working on side/hobby projects or contributing to open source projects is a plus
