Job Title: Quantity Surveyor (Interior Projects)

Job Summary

Concept Trunk Interiors is seeking a Quantity Surveyor with experience in interior fit-out projects to manage cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and project cost control. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing drawings, calculating material quantities, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring projects are completed within the approved budget.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) for interior works such as furniture, carpentry, false ceiling, flooring, partitions, painting, and electrical works.

* Analyze interior drawings and specifications to estimate project costs.

* Conduct material quantity take-offs from design drawings.

* Prepare project cost estimates and budgets for interior fit-out projects.

* Compare vendor and subcontractor quotations and finalize the best options.

* Monitor project costs and material consumption during execution.

* Prepare and verify contractor bills and payment certifications.

* Coordinate with designers, site engineers, and procurement teams.

* Track variation orders and additional work costs.

* Maintain cost reports and documentation for each project.

Qualifications

* Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management / Quantity Surveying.

* 0–3 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction projects.

* Freshers with strong knowledge of estimation and BOQ preparation can apply.

 Required Skills

* BOQ preparation for interior works

* Cost estimation and budgeting

* Knowledge of interior materials and finishes

* Ability to read AutoCAD drawings

* Strong Excel skills for cost calculations

* Vendor negotiation and coordination

Preferred Skills

* Experience in commercial interior projects (office spaces, retail, etc.)

* Knowledge of tendering and contract documentation

At least 3 years' experience as a Node.js developer.

Extensive knowledge of JavaScript, web stacks, libraries, and frameworks.

Mandatory experience in MongoDB and MySql.

Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML5 and CSS3.

Superb interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving aptitude.

Position overview: Will appoint, manage & expands with channel partners in the assigned areas like HR firm, CA firm, Software providers, management consultants, access control vendors etc. based on geographies. He/she will be responsible for achieving targets, profitability and partner recruitment objective.

Job Description:

We are looking for a .Net developer to build software using languages and technologies of the .NET framework. You will create applications from scratch, configure existing systems and provide user support.

In this role, you should be able to write functional code with a sharp eye for spotting defects. You should be a team player and excellent communicator. If you are also passionate about the .NET framework and software design/architecture, we’d like to meet you.

Your goal will be to work with internal teams to design, develop and maintain software.

Responsibilities and Duties

Participate in requirements analysis

Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture

Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages

Must have experience in technical data structures and should know algorithms

Test and deploy applications and systems

Revise, update, refactor and debug code

Improve existing software

Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC)

• Work with other developers to ensure that the website is functional and visually appealing.
• Liaise with the client to gauge their needs and expectations.
• Plan the layout of the website.
• Ensure that the website is optimized for various devices.
• Use analytics to test client enjoyment.

Daily monitoring of Quantum's processes to ensure file transmissions to and from the system

• Ensure that any Quantum production issues with an emphasis on the modules ( Cash Management, Bank Reconciliation, Foreign Exchange, I/C loans, Money Market, Investments, etc.) are resolved on time
• Actively working with Quantum and internal IT teams to resolve issues with bank files and data transmissions between Quantum and other systems including retrieval of market rates
