The Role

We are looking for a scrappy, high-agency Full-Stack Engineer with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our core team. This isn't a role where you’ll be a small cog in a giant machine. You will report directly to the CEO, working alongside leaders who have scaled products for billions of users. You will be expected to wear multiple hats, moving seamlessly between architecting backend services and crafting fluid frontend experiences.

Technical Requirements

• Experience: 2–3 years of professional software development experience.
• The Stack: Deep proficiency in JavaScript, React, and Svelte.
• Full-Stack Mindset: Strong foundational knowledge of backend architecture and the ability to own a feature from database schema to UI deployment.
• Versatility: You are comfortable jumping into unfamiliar territory, whether it's optimizing video rendering pipelines or refining a checkout flow.

Job description

We are looking for a data-driven and strategic Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our digital advertising campaigns across various channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and analyzing ROI-focused campaigns to drive user acquisition, conversions, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and other performance marketing platforms.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics daily (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, etc.) to maximize campaign effectiveness.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign strategies to improve performance.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling ad copy, creatives, and landing pages.
• Develop customer acquisition strategies aligned with business goals and target audiences.
• Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, etc.) to generate insights and make data-driven decisions.
• Manage performance marketing budgets and ensure efficient spend allocation across channels.
• Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, algorithm updates, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or growth marketing.
• Proven track record of running successful paid campaigns with measurable ROI.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other performance tools.
• Strong understanding of online conversion funnels, attribution models, and customer journeys.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Hotjar, HubSpot, or similar is a plus.
• Experience with eCommerce, SaaS, or B2B marketing (optional, based on your business).

Knowledge of Gen AI technology ecosystem including top tier LLMs, prompt engineering, knowledge of development frameworks such as LLMaxindex and LangChain, LLM fine tuning and experience in architecting RAGs and other LLM based solution for enterprise use cases. 1. Strong proficiency in programming languages like Python and SQL. 2. 3+ years of experience of predictive/prescriptive analytics including Machine Learning algorithms (Supervised and Unsupervised) and deep learning algorithms and Artificial Neural Networks such as Regression , classification, ensemble model,RNN,LSTM,GRU. 3. 2+ years of experience in NLP, Text analytics, Document AI, OCR, sentiment analysis, entity recognition, topic modeling 4. Proficiency in LangChain and Open LLM frameworks to perform summarization, classification, Name entity recognition, Question answering 5. Proficiency in Generative techniques prompt engineering, Vector DB, LLMs such as OpenAI,LlamaIndex, Azure OpenAI, Open-source LLMs will be important 6. Assignment Details

Our client, a global leader in energy management and automation, is seeking a skilled and experienced Test Automation Engineer with strong expertise in developing automation frameworks for Windows and Web applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Python and Robot Framework, and a solid background in software development, debugging, and unit testing. This role requires the ability to work independently, contribute to the entire testing lifecycle, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop robust Test Automation Frameworks for both Windows and Web applications.
• Implement automated test cases using Python and Robot Framework.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand feature requirements and break them down into actionable tasks.
• Use version control and issue tracking tools like TFS/ADO, GitHub, Jira, SVN, etc.
• Perform code reviews, unit testing, and debugging of automation scripts.
