This is a fully remote position, offering a base pay of INR 12000 with an INR 3000 performance bonus based on work performance. Additionally, monthly incremental base pay and bonus adjustments will be made based on your outstanding performance.

Job description

• Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
• Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan mainly for Insta, Facebook & YouTube & other platforms.
• Managing day-to-day social media- Postings & Content Plan
• Managing monthly, weekly, and quarterly social media calendars & plan accordingly.

• Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in applied data science or engineering with a focus on machine learning
• Python expertise with good knowledge of machine learning libraries, tools, techniques, and frameworks (e.g. pandas, sklearn, xgboost, lightgbm, logistic regression, random forest classifier, gradient boosting regressor etc)
