Development Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of experience in software sales, technology
consulting, and business development.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a proven track record of achieving sales

clients.
Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic prospecting,
networking, and relationship building.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and government clients to
understand their business needs and promote our products and services.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats,
and growth opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development,
and customer support, to ensure alignment and support of sales initiatives.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to
potential clients.
Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that meet
both customer needs and company objectives.
Track and report on sales activities, pipeline development, and revenue forecasts using
CRM software.
Requirements:
MBA in Sales & Marketing, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in software sales, technology consulting, or business
development.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-
driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a pleasant attitude and the
ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.

Experience working with corporate and government clients is preferred.
